I went to the Apple Store because I was experiencing some difficulty transferring my photos to my computer. As I went into the store I found it difficult to get an associates attention.he didnt want to assist me as I wasnt there to purchase anything. I then explained to him I was having software issues and then he wanted to get me a tech. I had to wait in line just to be triaged as to what my problem was. I was then informed that it would be about an hour wait. So I go to the rest of the mall to go shopping and look around. I received an automated text tell me that I will be helped next so I return to the store. Just to wait an hour there. Once an associate did decide they did not even want to put plug my phone in and see what the problem was. until asking me a series of redundant idiotic questions. As if I was born in the 18 century and did not know how to use a computer or have even been familiarized with software in the 21st-century. I have used Apple products for over 15 years now. As the fact and when we look to be 19 maybe 21 I have used a team Pet I have used Apple products for over 15 years now. As the fact and when we look to be 19 maybe 21. I have used computers for longer then hes been self-aware. So I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated. To top this off once he finally did offer a helpful suggestion. It had been well over an hour of him going back in for. This is the worst customer service I have her see you in a computer store ever in my lifetime.

I purchased a Mac pro for Home, and started having issues with my Mac pro within the 3rd year warranty. I took my mac to the Fresno store, had them repair prior to warranty running out, and that was just the START of things. The mac kept having issues, over and over again, Supposedly the video cards kept going out. The management told me I was using the Mac too much! I couldnt believe it!! First of all, This is a MAC PRO, which I purchased for $5,000.00. NOT a Home made PC! I use the mac maybe a few times a week to Edit Films, and Use Photoshop. So since the my Macs warranty ran out during this period, they refused repair it. I had to call the. Main company to complain about the same issues, My Mac Pro was never Fixed properly! Customer service understood and wanted to Help, they contact the Fresno Apple store to Fix my Mac Pro again, Maybe there was something else wrong with the Mac. Fresno Apple store in Fashion Fair REFUSED to Repair my MAC PRO! I didnt even know that was possible! So Apple customer service found the closes apple repair, and there I go to Mac Daddy in MODESTO to get my MAC PRO fixed. I receive a call from Mac daddy that my MAC PRO had "GENERIC VIDEO" CARDS INSTALLED, AND THAT WAS THE ISSUE!!! GENERIC VIDEO CARDS!! I would Never Purchase an APPLE computer from the Fresno Appple store again!! My MAC PRO wasnt that Cheap! BUT COME ON! THEY ARE ADDING GENERIC CRAP TO THE APPLE COMPUTERS, WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE REPAIRING THEM. So WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!

This store has terrible customer service!!! Went in to make an appointment and the guy who made the appointment NEVER told me that you have 10-20 min to check in for your appointment . So there for I went home because I went in around 1pm and he had told me my appointment was set at 5pm. I got a text around 4:15 and went in and checked in and the bitchy lady wasnt even nice about checking me in. She looked at me and said " your appointment was canceled because you 45min late. " wow b***ch Im here like not even 10 min late. So there for she told me that there was nothing they could do. So she saw how F*** pist I was so she called over her walkie and was like "Scott(manager) can you come out here!" In the most rudest way ever!!! And he came out and without trying to apologize and listen my situation he just looked at me and said " well what do you want me to do? So? you want me to just stop all my employees to stop and give you the attention? And put you in front of the line? And inplus you are 45min late." What an ass right!!! So I while he wasnt even trying to apologize and was still trying to tell me it was my fult, i just walked out. Worst customer service EVER!!! Ill never go back. Dont go here their customer service is so slow people where standing and waiting bc all the chairs where full.

Review Edit 3-30-16 -- I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star. I debated whether to do a whole new review and leave the 1 star b/c I want Apple to remember we, the consumer, rely on them to be on point! After several difficult months of website errors and having to cancel my appointment because my life is too hectic to stop for Apple Errors, I finally was able to make it in to the Fresno Fashion Fair Apple store today. Even though I forgot every password needed laying on my desk at home, the young lady that helped me was VERY efficient, thorough and despite *my* forgetful mistake, worked her way around it, solving EVERY issue that has plagued my phone since last fall (Calling in for tech support made the problem worse - twice!) I am VERY grateful and VERY releaved to see Apple techs live up to the superior quality I had known when I first started using Apple products. **Below is my 1 star review from my MONTHS of frustration with Apple: Unable to get timely and quality assistance. Unable to make appointments, website errors. Problems not handled thoroughly and completely. Tech support is inconsistent. Not all techs are knowledgeable. Very disappointed in Apple. It shouldnt be this hard to get quality, consistent tech support.

Went to this location after having several issues with my new iphone that kept unexpectedly turning off random times throughout the day. Wasnt pleased when walking in as I usually dont like dealing with technicians and to be honest was only here after my in-laws sang praise of a gentleman who they said was their favorite. I just cant stand it when "tech savy" people treat me like Im somehow unable to comprehend all their knowledge lol. Didnt get that impression this time though thankfully. Anyway, fast service and friendly service from the gentleman "casey" who helped me (as well as my in laws) and didnt talk to me like Im a thumb sucking child. He was able to fix my phone issues and treated me like a top priority customer (as all companies should). I also didnt get the impression that he was trying to boot me out the door quickly or rush me like Ive felt with previous technicians. I recommend Casey if you are able to make an appointment with him. P.s. Only thing I would fix is the appointment system theyve got going on. I tried to make another appointment online to request this gentleman again for my husbands technical issues but you arent able to do so. Would like to be able to choose who I see in the future.
