Last week I purchased two Huffy Cruiser bikes for my husband and I. After getting home and riding mine, we discovered that it made a lot of noise when I pedaled it. We took it back to the store today. The girl in the return department was very nice. Because I was exchanging it for the same bike, I got a store credit in the form of a card. We immediately found the same bike but before buying it, checked it out and found that it made the same loud clicking noise when the pedals were rotated. We then proceeded to check all of the other bikes that were the same make and model. They ALL made the same noise. Since the bike "builder" was at lunch, the department manager was the one helping us. He told us that it was probably a problem with the bearing or the chain being too tight. After getting two bikes down off the rack for me and finding that they too had the same problem, he told me that if I was going to be so "picky" I would never find a bike. Yes, he actually called me picky! I do not get rude with sales people however I could not let this statement go. I told him that I was not being "picky." I just wanted a bike that was not defective. I then asked him to call someone else to help us because I was done talking with him. Enter manager #2. This gentleman confirmed that there was a history of problems with this particular bike and suggested that the "A.M." (Area Manager I assume) might be able to give us a comparable but higher priced bike at a discounted price. We waited for approximately fifteen minutes for manager #3 to show up. When he arrived, he told us that there was nothing he could do. Prices could not be changed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the service we were getting. I went back up to the return counter and was helped by yet another very sweet sales associate. I told her that I was not buying a bike today after all and asked if she could please put the store credit back onto my card. She did not know how to do this and since the phone was in use, went off in search of another manager...this would be #4! We waited another 20 minutes before being told that it couldnt be done. What?! I insisted that it sure as shootin COULD be done and BETTER be done. Manager #5 was summoned and showed Manager #4 how to do it. So a transaction that should have taken fifteen minutes, took over an hour and we left empty handed. The real kicker is that as we were leaving we heard the manager (I think it was #5) tell someone to take the bike we had returned back to the bike department and reshelf it! Moral of the story - Shop around for a bike before buying one from Walmart.

Went to the pharmacy for my mother in laws meds we ordered diabetic testing strips and lancets ordered be her doctor who called in the prescription at this location months ago and had no trouble getting them the first time on the 28th of August we called in a refill the girl rosebud said we needed to provide insurance card we came in and showed them the card then she said that they would be ready later that day we came back and Christina said we needed a diagnosis from the doctor so we contacted the doctor and she said that that is on the prescription information sent long ago we contacted Christina again and she said that they have no record of it or prescription on file so the next day we contacted Christina again and she said that they would contact the doctor another day passes and I go on and they say the same thing I called the dinuba pharmacy Wal-Mart location and they have a copy of the prescription with the diagnosis so I ask them to fax it to Christina the tech there said Christina has to request it because of hippa they cant send it cause I said to I call Christina again and she said at 10:30 it might take all day or tomorrow if that I said to make a phone call? This is three days later and she said that they were busy I visited multiple times in three days never were there lots of customers and rosebud and Christina were messing around gossiping and laughing instead of working After multiple calls to the dinuba pharmacy Wal-Mart christina finally contact them and she said she was waiting for a fax its three days later and the pharmacy is almost closed so I ask her to call again she said that she doesnt want to harrass the other pharmacy I said theyre there to work how is comunicaton harrasment? If I was waiting for a fax and hours went by it would be reasonable to call and say that I didnt receive it she was being lazy I called in front of her and had the tech on speaker phone tell her they faxed it now the pharmacist who spoke no English said that they got it and they would get it ready she got an additude with me because I told her that I did her job for her and she was incompetent

What a complete and absolute **it hole. Employees are bottom feeding trailer trash. Between obese slobs in the tool departments, to surley smart assed automotive (clears throat as if they know anything more than stripping oil drain plugs), to the complete idiots at LOSS PREVENTION. There is a reason "People of Walmart" website exists. Walmart is for the low rent--low information customer. Their prices are higher than many grocery stores nearby, their quality of most any products are below the floor. There is no reason to shop this place except to walk around laughing at the stupid employees who otherwise would be on the street corner holding a sign. The clothing is chinese junk that comes apart within a few washes. The food prices are HIGH. And most of the meats are shipping in from the midwest--so it already is old and stale once it hits the shelves. SuperWalmart? Paalease. It is a joke. One can get better deals at any local store. The automotive department is just a bunch of losers who will ruin your engine with their lack of skills. I watched the Ingram Ave Loss Prevention stop a guy outside the door. The guy flattened the wannabe cop on her keyster when she jammed her hands down the guys pants. That was sexual assault. Politics aside, Walmart sucks. Walmart import everything from China or India. The stuff is crap. The employees are low rent. I wont ever go back. Even to laugh at the tattoos on the arms of the Walmart employees or watching them dance to a cheerleading round of YEAH WALMART!. The Zoo has better inmates.

I have no clue as to why anyone would rate ANY Walmart 3-5 stars. Walmart should really come up with a better way to let their customers know their electronic policy. On their receipt it states "computers" with a 15-day return policy. I tried to return my tablet at its 16th day (not knowingly) and was turned away when the receipt clearly states "computers". Unhappy about my results I called the electronic dept and my return was approved by the electronic manager Veronica. After getting off the phone I returned to the customer service line and literally argued with the Customer Service Manager Erika about my approval from Veronica. Erikas conversation with her fellow co-worker was that Veronica was already gone for the day so there was no way I wouldve just gotten an approval. Sure enough Erika called and Veronica was indeed working and did so approve my return. Another reason why my choice to go to Walmart back fired on me. I havent been to any Walmart in over two years (#teamtarget) all because their service sucks! I had the time to write this review all while waiting nearly 24 minutes to speak to a manager on the phone to give them a suggestion on how they are advertising their "computer" return policy.
