I bought a dishwasher from them and brought it home and it doesnt work. I was told to have a repairman come out and had to wait over a week for him. When he final shows up he informs me there is no warranty because they sold me a product that didnt work. Their motto on their website. "The Items work just like new and have the same warranties" FALSE! The repairman also stated that this dishwasher obviously hadnt been looked at.While the serviceman was at my house I called Sears outlet for them to authorize the repair after all they are the ones that told to call for a repairman. It was a major inconvenience to purchase a product that didnt work but I was willing to over look the fact if it could just be fixed, being that I had already invested time in picking it up and installing it. After I pleaded with the young lady on the phone to contact her manager by phone while the serviceman was here, I was informed that they wouldnt repair the dishwasher but that I could return it for something of same or lesser value. So why did I call the repairman and wait a week again? I let her know that I wouldnt be going through the same process again to only hope that this time it wasnt a wasted effort. She then told me I could bring the dishwasher back to which I responded that they need to come and get it, being that I have already wasted too much of my time and money on a product that they falsely represented. She mumbled something about me not buying and extended warranty (like that has anything at all to do with them selling me a broken dishwasher)and that they couldnt come out to pick it up for two weeks. Unacceptable!! I informed her I would bring it out to the street and she could pick it up when they had time and she responded have it your way. This conversation was all observed by the GE repairman and he couldnt believe it either. Stay away from this place the employees are ill informed and poorly trained, as I was first told that I would have to pay a $75 fee to the serviceman so that they could see what was wrong and that this was standard procedure on warranty repairs. Too bad I cant give them 0 stars.

I bought a washer and dryer from a big box store online, but the dryer was too big upon delivery. We were without a washer and dryer for about a month awaiting delivery. I called Sears Outlet Fresno and Abel helped me get a great brand new washer and dryer, perfect fit, at a great price. He did this all over the phone, guiding me through paying online then helping my delivery person get it to my house same day. This was service over and above. Great job Abel and Sears Outlet, you will be my first stop for home needs from now on.

Went it to buy a front-loading washer & dryer. Its totally hit and miss, and its sometimes really hard to find a matching pair, but the prices are totally worth it. I got a NEW washer and dryer plus 3 year sears warranty for $200 less than buying at regular sears without warranty and my items are brand-spanking new. Again, totally hit and miss and you may not find what youre looking for, but because the prices are such a good deal this should be your first stop, even if just to see what they do have at the time.

Alot of nice products for a good price, they have some dents bug if u look youll find a diamond in the rough. Staff is helpful and are honest about what they got they got refurbished and dented products but half of a 3200 dollar fridge is hard to pass up. I recommend stopping by to see if u find ur fridge its worth a little time, and nice to find a smoking deal.

I went in there today I was looking for a 3/4 door refrigerator and I thought maybe there giving me some time to look into look for about 20 to 25 min and no one came to ask if I need some help or I had questions. But I thought maybe the conversation they had was important too. I dont think Ill go bck.
