If I could give this place 0 stars I would. With the exception of VERA, who is always at the customer service desk, that works efficiently, this place is horrible. Ive gone to this store 4 times this week, and all 4 times every line open was incredibly long; not to mention every cashier at every line is EXTREMELY slow. Ive shopped at this store for years and visually it has improved, but that makes no difference if none of their employees can answer any questions about the app or the products at the store. The last time I went they charged me incorrectly, and not only that, I couldnt even return the product at the register. You have to go to the "customer service" desk where theres ALWAYS 5-7 people already waiting in line for Vera, whose the only fast cashier & knows how to do her job. There are plenty of registers, but only 3 are ever open. Im generally patient, but most customers in line turn impatient because the employees here are not trained well. This store has tons of potential, but needs tons of improvement. Unfortunately this is the only big store where I live, so Im stuck with it. Dont come here unless you want to finish a Harry Potter book as youre waiting in line.

Never seen it full, always lots of parking--even with shade. Friendly staff. As usual, a number of items will be found to have no price on them or near them--but the staff are have always been quick and responsive. I like this Kmart more than several others.

Worst customer service, went twice to the customer service desk and no one seemed to care that I had no help and no one knew whos job it was. I had to wait there the third time as I would have waited forever
