I will never again in my life come to This best buy . I had a return for a printer that was a poc and never worked went to customer service explained to the guy what happened he said it had been past 15 days and I would need to call the company to override since they have a contract . He asked me to step aside and make the call after two hours in the phone they tell me they have to send me a new printer . I ask the guy if u have a contract is there something u guys can do he said I dont know about the contract? first of all u never say I dont know to a customer u say Im not sure let me find out . I felt totally dismissed and misinformed. I could have called the company from home instead he had me call in the store when they couldnt do N e thing . This is not the first time I have had bad customer service here but it will for sure be the last. I went to Frys bought a new printer way cheaper and better and for 20 bucks its covered for two years if the printer stops working they will just give me a new one instead of trying to fix it.

I purchased a brand new 55 in TV that did not work for a single second. I have now been without a TV for almost a month. I purchased the extended warranty , followed the given instructions. Geek Squad member came out said a part had to be ordered, on a NEW TV! When part came in made 4 phone calls to let the "double agent" know and set up appt. got no return call. Finally, got through to someone to schedule an appt for a week later, only to be told I need a new TV and have to wait for a number. I am a teacher and have had to pay 2 half day substitutes to deal with this nonsense. I was told I need to bring TV back to store. I am a 55 year old, 53 female, with a history of 3 back surgeries so, how am I supposed to do this? My bro-in-law was around for the purchase. I am so angry and frustrated and still without any idea when I will be able to watch my TV certainly not tonight!. It had been awhile since I purchased anything at Best Buy and now I surely wont in the future!

In September I purchased a washer and dryer as well as two pedestals. Upon delivery the pedestals were damaged. I attempted to send them back but the delivery man assured me that they would no longer carry that particular type in stock. He instead called his manager and arranged for a gift card to be sent to me. It is now February, so about five months later and no gift card. I called the store who said they checked the card and it was sent but never used. I advised the reason it hadnt been used was because it was never received. He asked me to contact the warehouse and provided a number. Warehouse sent me to 800 number. I was on the phone for about two hours. On hold, transferred from department to department to no avail. I still have the damaged pedestals which I paid full price for, and Im quite upset by the little regard Best Buy has for returning customers. This has been an incredibly upsetting experience.

Very bad attitude toward customers in line for a release , I was in line for the new dark pit amiibo and I almost had bad luck receiving no ticket number. The miss handing out ticket numbers did not even bother to ask where does the next set of people that need a ticket number start . I was so irritated to see that she had started from the back of the line and almost ran out of ticket numbers. what really just pissed me off was a family of three that had 3 ticket numbers , 3 ! The worker did not even bother to ask if they were together but that family was a mother, father and son. I assumed they were scalpers and I wanted to asked if they would bother giving one ticket number up to someone who actually collects or uses the damn product because best buy is suppose to limit one per person . They could care less about customer satisfaction to be honest, I would rather take my business to another best buy 30 miles away

I called to ask about a tuner I had just bought from them 3 days ago. It stopped working and I wanted to exchange it. I was hung up on 4 times, put on hold 6 times, and finally, an angry-sounding girl wanted to send their repair service at a substantial cost to me.. Dont shop here. If you have ANY problems with anything they sell, they will put you through the wringer, and then turn their shoddy products into a service call. Dont shop here. Go online and go to Amazon, or go to Costco, but stay away from Best(?) Buy. I give them NO stars, but this program forces users to use the star system. NO STARS!

Its a relatively small Best Buy store when compared to others and that shows a lot in their limited amount of products. There definitely is a limited amount of DVDs, CDs and Blu-Rays for purchase, so unless you are attempting to purchase one of the newest releases dont expect to find it here. This store never seems to have enough people working the register, store pick up desk, or customer service desk - but more than enough staff walking around trying to sell you merchandise. They do happen to have a Pacific Kitchen and Home in their store, and carry washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.

too many liars who dont know their products i returned a tv there once and saw it resold for more used than i paid . the price said it was discounted i should posted this sooner what a rook . the tv people rarely know what the specs actually mean and will lye to you just to sell i know from a telivision safari i went on the numgers on the tv can mean power , software , or style and can mislead you to buy a tv that is low powered and they use a usb drive filled with ultra high quality data to show a great picture you will NEVER get at home its a good place for some things

By far the WORST company I have ever delt with. Horrible customer service! So far taking over 6 weeks to fix/replace my TV. (which I bought 6 months ago) Keep in mind the policy says if they cant fix it in 30 days they will replace it...NOPE. Waited 2 weeks for an appointmnet then 4 weeks for parts to NOT show up then 2 weeks for a phone call. Then told they plan to replace my TV but there policy is to make me wait 3 days for a call to tell me when they might be able to replace it....NEVER called me!! I called them and now am being told they have no clue.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered something online for store pick up and put my girlfriends name down so she could pick it up. They would not honor this and said I needed to be there in person. They didnt even want to try giving me a call since they had my phone number on the order as well. And this was not the first time, about a year ago I went in to buy a new cell phone and was ignored for a good 20 minutes while standing in the phone section.... Dont they want to sell something????? Just go down the street to Frys.
