I had a I Phone 5 that after 1 short year the battery lifted the touch screen, amazing poor quality for such a high tech device, Apple store had an exchange policy that expired 1 week earlier, 2 weeks later the Apple store exchanged it for a new I Phone 5 at no cost next problem was all contacts were lost. 2 months later I purchased a I Phone 6 plus and 2 months passed I attempted to change email as My G mail was hacked and frozen 6 hours later my I phone 6 plus is s paper weight frozen like my Gmail account ! Apple support is so far behind the apps I have called 3 times asking about the health app and nobody has ever used it ? I really miss my dumb flip phone about now Hmm Low technology doesnt pretend to do much, however the phone and camera do work forever ! I will go to the Oaks Apple store without a appointment and see if anyone canceled today. Every attempt I have made to change my gmail is like a rip tide taking the iPhones use away from me. i Phone Security is ridiculous ! It needs to be user friendly an staff is sometimes helpfull out of 6 visits Id have to say I rate staff level of service at 50/50 not what Apple should be at. I rate Verizon at 90/10 worse than Apple two great companies in bad need of help. AT&T store is right at the bottom as well. I guess if enough unhappy customers complain maybe something will change, maybe Im totally fed up ! What I need is a Miracle soon.I hate the phone and apple support, the key to success is product knowledge that Apple staff seem not to have ! Regretfully, Henry Good News is the i PHONE 6 has now acted perfectly easily switching from Ebay, Craigs List, Gmail like never before ! I really see it needed a break in Happy Ending !

Let me start with the caveat that every tech and worker there was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. No problems with the service provided... once it is provided. That being said Ive never experienced something like what happened this week. I was having battery related issues and my first visit I was told I needed to update (did nothing but thats standard protocol). Came back with a walk in next week for a charging issue and was told an hour wait. Long but understandable. After an hour and a half no response so I asked where I was at and I was told there were 7 people ahead of me still. No idea why theyd say an hour and make it 2 hours but it could be a bad day. So two days later I come back, hour wait they said again. After 45 minutes I get a text saying Im up soon. I wait another half hour and ask and they say theres still a bunch of people in front of me. Distraught I tell them that they are consistently well short of their estimates and that they are screwed up. Im told to wait around I wont be long. Another half hour (2 hours total) someone randomly walks up and helps me. He was awesome. Additionally while I was waiting I heard one lady complaIning about her appointment not being kept and another family that was waiting for an hour and no service. So its a complete screw up of a store. Long story short, lied to several times, wasted 4 hours of my life total, and theres no Apple customer service number for corporate. Youre literally at the mercy of the store with no recourse. Youd think when you pay thousands of dollars for increasingly average technology youd have at least half assed service. Will never buy Apple again, whole company is on a downward slide.

Absolutely worst Apple Store ever!!! I got a brand new iPhone with a broken camera. An hour after I bought my iPhone from AT&T I noticed that the camera was broken. I called AT&T they told me to take my phone to the Apple Store to be sure its not a software program. The first tech guy took my phone to the back and came back and told me its an issue with the hardware and that I need to go back to AT&T and get a brand new phone because they can only provide me with a . I called AT&T and they told me Apple is mistreating me and they need to provide me with a brand new phone since that is their product. I asked to speak to the manager and I told the manager I didnt pay over $200 for an iPhone to be provided with a refurbished one and he couldnt tell me if the phone would be brand new or refurbished but promised it would have the same warranties. Out of principle - if I just buy a brand new phone that had a hardware defect, I should be given a brand new phone to replace it. At the end of it all I was so sick of being there they gave me a refurbished phone which they claimed was "brand new". My sister just went to the Simi Valley Apple Store because her new iPhone had been freezing. They provided her with a BRAND NEW phone no problems. This is ridiculous.

Apple products are a joke. Get this ... We have battery issues with an iPhone 5 after doing an update. About this same time, we buy a charger from Verizon (our service provider). After hours of turning on and off settings, removing and adding various apps to see if we can fix the battery drain issue, we decide to move all the pictures to a computer and removed them off the phone. The PC didnt recognize the phone, nor did the Macbook. We plugged in another iPhone (iPhone 6) and that wasnt recognized either. On a whim, we tried another cable and it worked. Then we decided to try charging the device with the other cable - and the battery problem went away. Mind you, the battery charged on the Verizon cable showed 100% charge, but pick up your eMail or open Facebook for 30 seconds and youd lose 35-50% of the battery life. What a joke Apple locking you into their world is a joke. Some of the crap they do to force you into their world ought to be illegal. Oh ya, and to be sure there isnt something else wrong, we called the Apple store to make an appointment and you must do it online - you cant just talk to someone. JOKE.

I am once again going through the infuriating process of trying to connect with someone via phone who can meet me outside and take my 27" iMac inside for repair. The store number gets you to a robot/voice mail system. A request for a representative takes you to Apple corporate, not to someone inside the store who can help. Last time I brought in a computer for repair, I was late for my appointment because I couldnt reach anyone. Because the Thousand Oaks store also refuses to come to your car for pick up. you have to pull up to the curb, make the call, wait for them to come out, and then find a parking space. FYI: I have had the opposite experience at the Apple Store in the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills. They give you an inside number AND come to your car to get your computer. I have now been on hold for 9 minutes.... Update: On hold for 16 minutes. Hung up and tried again. On hold again, this time with technical support - WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. This is their system yet they do their best to make it impossible to for customers with desk top computers to get them inside! On hold for five minutes now.
