I wish I could give this store ZERO stars. In February of this year I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from this location. I paid for delivery and install. About 3 weeks later I noticed that the floor in the room adjacent to the laundry room was wet. Upon further inspection it turned out to be the water line attached to the stream dryer. I turned off the water source and called Best Buy. They had someone out in two days, their employees disconnected the washer and dryer and told me that the o ring in the hose going to the dryer was not seated properly when installed which caused grooves in it, which in turn meant it did not make a good seal and thats why it leaked. They took pictures, took the old hoses and hooked up the washer and dryer again (albeit without the water line to the dryer). Since that time I have been handed off to one person after another as nobody wants to take responsibility for this install. It turns out that Best Buy contracts out to a transportation company for their delivery and install; in my case, Penn Ridge Transport. Best Buys insurance company Gallagher Bassett refused to pay for the damages as they are blaming it on the transportation company that THEY hired. They sent me a letter saying the case is closed and I will have to take it up with Penn Ridge. Penn Ridge has quit responding to phone calls and emails. Our floor was finally removed on April 14th because I was forced to hire a contractor to remove the molded flooring and walls before it became a health issue for our family. Penn Ridge is claiming that the "evidence" has been lost and they cannot help me until they find it. In the mean time my washer and dryer sits in the garage because it is apparently now a code issue to reinstall them until the flooring and walls have been fixed. Several calls to Best Buy management have yielded no results and now they have stopped replying as well. Best Buy did send me a gift card in the amount of $75 for my troubles. Yeah thanks. I am writing this review to warn the public of what you will face if your install goes wrong. Best Buy insurance company will not take any responsibility even though it was BEST BUY who sub contracted this transport company, not I. My floors are still not fixed. My washer and dryer are sitting in the garage. And nobody will respond to emails or phone calls. What kind of customer service is this? How is it even possible that they would treat their customers this way? Now I am being forced to foot the cost to repair the floors and walls in my home and will have to go through the very unpleasant process of filing a small claims lawsuit against all of these people. This has absolutely been the worst experience ever dealing with a big box retailer and I will NEVER do business with them again.

Not willing to help a customer that this store made a mistake. Visited at this store and was told about the pre-order deal they have. I told them that i will do it close to my house in Lakewood, CA. They said the last day to do the pre order with the $200 gift card was that day and can do the pre order it there and the pick up will be at the store near me. I was guaranteed by the sales person that it can be done. At the end of the transaction i verified it again that the pick up will be in lakewood, CA. Sales person said "YES". I got the email today that my phone will be ready for pick up tom. I got really excited and kept reading and it says pick up at sta. clarita. WTF!!!... i live 50 miles away. i called them and told them about the problem and all i got is "sorry we cant help you. You did the pre-order here so the pick up will be at this store." i was guaranteed that the pick up will be close to my home. and this the answer i got: " its either you pick up the phone here at our store or cancel and lose the gift card deal." when i did the pre order i even confirmed with the sales person again that the pick up is in Lakewood, CA. Spoke to the sales lead Jonathan and to pull the transaction and check who helped me. He said that they will not be able to tell who did the transaction. B.S.! Spoke to Sales Manager Charles and cant help me either. I was tricked to buy at this store! Are they this desperate to lure customers at this store giving false information? I guess they need to be if they dont know how give their customers a pleasant experience.

Terrible. Nobody seems to know anything. I ordered an appliance. They gave me a delivery date, and scheduled it. The day of the deliver they call me and tell me the item is back ordered. Really? How did they not know it was back ordered when I placed the order? Then I call the store to ask for a new date and they have no idea. They tell me to call the warehouse. So I call the warehouse, but they are just the distributors, they dont know. Nobody knows! The warehouse at least offered to call around to see if they could get more information. The people at the store didnt offer to do anything, not even to call their vendor and ask when they expected to have more in. How can they sell an item when they dont have any in stock and dont know when to expect more? And seeing as how the item is a cooktop, I need it to feed my family, and now I have no idea when Ill have a stove again. Ill probably end up having to cancel the order to purchase one somewhere else. Not looking forward to the argument there when I try to get my money back.

Worst experience ever!!! You better get a membership at castco and buy your electronics over there. They are a litlle cheaper too. But let me tell you about my experience: Bought a tv from this store and schedule the delivery and installation through them. The day of delivery the store manager Stephanie calls me to let me know they dont have that tv and it will take a week to find another one. I have to mention the tv I purchased was in the store the day i did it. Actually there were 3 available in that store. So its obviously that they oversold that product. To continue Stephanie found another similar tv but in order to install it the day i scheduled i will have to pay extra for that tv wich was double price. So you get an ideea now how they increase their sales. I asked for a refund! Very bad experience. I used to be A Best buy customer! Not anymore!

The only reason they even got a star is because Sandy is nice, and zero is not an option. The corporate customer service sent me on a fools errand by lying to me that i could pick up several parts that were crucial for an emergency business operation. They had mistakenly been ordered for shipping, but i called and spoke with their 800# who said the order could be augmented on site at a store location. Thinking i would be able to trust their statements, i drove an hour to a store that had them, since the first one only had a single drive. Through 112 degree heat and traffic, only to be sent away with an empty sorry from shiftless hollow eyed hourly employees. Thank you for causing loss to my business operations, never will i shop here again.
