I used their service from Ebay under the username bregva. The service they offered was to repair an SC board/buffer board problem on my TCP55GT30 Panasonic Plasma. I cannot vouch for their service in California from a store front standpoint, but the ebay experience was great. I even called them before placing the repair order on ebay and they were very helpful to get my issue resolved. Total cost to repair 1 buffer board and the SC board was roughly $180 but was well worth it. TV is still going strong from their repair on Oct 2014. They also sent me different screws to the secure the board down on the chassis to make a better ground. It wasnt required for them to do that, but they did. Again I live in Tennessee so I cannot vouch for the local store experience, but if you can take apart your TV and ship them your circuit boards for repair, I cannot give them high enough marks. Our TV went out and would not power on. Thought the $900 Sony TV would need to be thrown away and would be too expensive to repair. I called Quad City and they told me what was the likely problem (blown transisters...a known issue) and gave me a $135 estimate for in-home repair. The gentleman came the same day, knew exactly what he was doing and the TV was fixed within one hour for the qouted price. I was delighted...gave a deck to repair as well.

David is the best,… Sent him my Sc and buffer boards from my 55" Panasonic plasma tv that had a seven light blink code... from South Florida... local shop here could not repair... repair and mailing time under seven days back to me.... installed and works perfectly he also tested two buffer boards for free... definitely will get all of my South Florida work sent your way thank you again David God bless....

David was awesome I called everyone in Santa Clarita David said he had the part I went to his shop got the bulb for my TV got home and installed it,it didnt work called him back and he came all the way across town at 5:30 in the evening diagnosed the problem to be another defective bulb, ordered a new bulb came back and installed it for NO CHARGE. I highly recommend David and Quad City

Very poor service. I took my TV here David "fixed" problem subsequently weeks later the problem resurfaced. Contacted David with no answer.after many failed attempts to get him on the phone I had to purchase a new TV! now Im out of hundreds of dollars in parts I paid to fix a tv that doesnt work and he would not refund money

I am from Phoenix Arizona and I shipped out my power supply board on my 64 inch plasma to David that same day he fixed it and shipped it out I got it the next day. Thank you David at Quad City electronics god bless you
