Great store! After going to the other "GameStop" (on Magic Mountain Parkway- today about 5pm) for birthday presents & receiving very poor customer service (not to mention wasting my time while I was in a hurry). I was very happy with the salesman here at this store, he couldnt do enough to help me with my purchases :) With 7 young nephews who love these games- I will be back frequently. I appreciate your help/advise/great service and professional manner. Thank you. Receipt says the employee is named Tyler

Went in after work to look for a game. I was not finding it and an employee came up to offer his help. He looked through the data base and couldnt find the game in the store and looked it up elsewhere and let me know where to find it. I could tell he was a new-hire because he was a little nervous, but other than that he was professional and helped me with everything I needed that day. Definitely coming back when I need a new game.

I pretty much give every GameStop 5 stars. There are 3 in my area and all have really knowledgeable employees and always make sure youre aware of any deals going on. My kid had a ton of things to trade in and the clerks were really helpful in maximizing his value. When one store couldnt help us because of technical issues, we were sent to Stevenson Ranch where they were able to help us out. Easy peezy.

Always feel like the employees know what they are talking about. One of the employees here actually recommended going to Best Buy where the game I was looking for is demoed. I was so impressed by the fact that they cared more about me trying and liking the game than they did making a sale that I bought the game there anyway.

The service at this particular Game Stop is good, although it isnt open at midnight for releases of new games. The store is mostly run by girls, which are attractive and friendly.
