Did an online order for a printing job, it was a fairly large job so I asked them to call me several times to make sure I get a proof and it is done correctly. I got no phone call, so I called them a couple of times and every time they were rude and acted like they didnt want to help me. They never went over the job they just said its done and ready for pickup. Obviously the whole thing was done incorrect and the would not give me a refund . Luckily I was able to call my credit card company before the transaction went through to get my money back.

RUDE AND ABSURD SERVICE! I purchased an item here. I do not return things here because in Good Faith I always keep the item. When I attempted to return an item I was only given 75 percent of what I paid 15 days earlier. I was treated like I had stolen the product ...Alex and Spencer the Store manager were just RUDE! Office Depot much better!...if customers dont have an enhanced customer experience why shop at the Store!

Terrible customer service. These people arent happy. Ive been arrogantly blamed for their mistakes in the Printing & Shipping department on several occasions now. Its one thing to make a mistake and correct it. Its another to make a mistake and aggressively blame the customer. Going to Fedex Kinkos in the Marina for my printing needs in the future.

I had such amazing customer service today - thanks so much Ashley for helping me out earlier! With multiple projects going on, and several other customers in line, she completed my printing order ahead of schedule and it came out fantastic! Because of this memorable experience, I will now return exclusively to Staples for all my printing needs.

I like this store--theres always parking--easy to get in and out of, the staff is always friendly--I would like them to ask me if I need help, but then I am old school. But I have no problems with this store. I dont know why others have had a bad experience. I always find what I need...and the sales are great.

Just came asking to laminate a business card. Less than a minute job. Guy on the seat did not have the time and said that I need to make an appointment and come back in 3 hours. What a joke, take my today and future business somewhere else.

Dont waist your money getting anything here. I bought a charger cable for my phone that lasted 3 weeks. They wouldnt refund my money because it lasted 2 weeks. So if you want something that will work for 2 weeks, then go for it.

Super rude, awful customer service in the printing area. Ive never experienced such awful customer service before. Both women had an attitude, didnt help the customers and if asked for help they would roll their eyes.

I can never find anyone on the floor. Also I often leave not having all the items I came for because they are often out of stock or have very low stock. Yesterday I could not buy cash registar receipt rolls 44mm.

Very unorganized and cluttered store. Cant even take my shopping cart out of the checkout registered because there are several obstacles in the way. Staff tries to help when you can find them.
