Unknowledgable. Im 17 and i think i know about their products than they do. My tablet had its OS wiped out for some reason and they told me they couldnt help me unless i pay $49. I went online to talk to an online specialist, and they said i would have to pay $119 for them to fix it. I asked them about taking a system image from a duplicate computer and inputting it into the broken tablet and they said, " we could try that, but wed still have to charge you". I was actually trying to give this company a chance but i guess Apple has better customer service, and they give you options that dont involve spending a dime. Sorry microsoft, but i resetting the tablet or turning it on and off doesnt always fix the prpblem.

This store was amazing it was my first time ever going to a Microsoft store and I loved it! All the workers were extremely nice especially seen that the store was PACKED with people they handled everything really well. I have to give props to Alvin one of the workers there tonight, he knew his stuff well! He blew my mine with all the new technology that Microsoft is coming out with. Im returning tomorrow to get my xbox one controller fixed and seen that they handled all my questions extremely well Im thinking that this will be my go to store for everything microsoft related. Thanks for the amazing visit today!

I went to the store,they had promotion,if you get 3 Apps,they give 25 dol gift card,I call before I came to store,spoke with Tony assistant manager of store,told me we are giving anymore gift cards,but before I came I called and they say of course we have just come,bunch of lies ,that place suks,terrible customer service, please choose another store,you will not get customer service in Microsoft store,after I called again I spoke with another sup,they dont care about customers, only if you buy there they will like you.

As a nonprofit organization, the meeting we had at Canoga Park was very informative and useful. Was given business contact to help us make final purchase of Microsoft products. I have tried to contact via phone and email Mr. Arman Mailian and yet have not been able to work with him. Is there somebody else that can help us?

I am leaving this store now. The guys wont show gestures in the x360 15" unless I buy it. The just lost the sale. Really lame excuse for service. I cant to buy. Walked out. Really Microsoft ....you tell customers"buy it and then well configure it so you can see how it works" Really?

Very helpful staff. The answer desk is responsive and willing to troubleshoot Surface or other Microsoft gear. The store is also laid back if you just want to explore the tech available in the store.
