Bad Service people hate their jobs especially anyone in Returns and customer service over worked Geek Squad and some random employees are great I have been going here since they opened and Im really avoiding this place as much as possible. I call, get put on hold for 10 minutes and then it disconnects, call back, same thing, call back and alert them to this, same thing, and repeat. Its the very definition of insanity. All I get back is sorry we are with another customer. Ok... so heres the only things I can see. Not a lot of staff to help out, theres a great staff and none of the customers are buying anything so they cant upstaff, the customers are buying so they should upstaff, the Customer Service people are lying, or ...wait for it... this store is typical big chain, unhappy, poorly trained employees with little education on how people should be treated and how things in a perfect world would be. The service here is the same as Home Depot or any other big chain where employees just dont care. You stand around looking or chasing down help, they are rude or have inadequate knowledge of the products and you just dont get the customer service experience that you want. In short, avoid all the major chains as much as possible and try to find mom and pop stores. This is why people buy online honestly, cause Customer Service is dead. This is why people buy online from other countries, are economy sucks and jobs are going elsewhere

I have been a loyal customer at this store since 2008. I have had many experiences with staff, some I wish never to recall, until I met the store manager Fabi. Fabi makes me feel like the most important customer in the store. He provides the kind of service you get at Hendi Bendels New York, or Tiffany. He is professional, but most importantly, he is patient, and kind. I am raising a child with Autism, she is 11 and non verbal. Electronics play a major part in our lives. Recently our TV went out and the following day her tablet. My little one became distraught. Our delivery date on the new purchases was moved for 3 days later. I contacted Fabi, and, I thank God for this young man, because, he has met my grandchild, and, understands her disability, and, the challenges I face, as a single grandmother trying to improve the quality of her life. Fabi made it his personal mission to get our TV delivered, and, installed on the same day. Not only that when Ellies tablet went out, he new intuitively that now she had no access to the only things that bring her joy. On his day off he contacted the store to make certain by way of my insurance, that I not leave without a tablet. Webster has not designed a word to describe the gratitude I feel for this young man. Because of Fabi, I will continue to purchase all my electronic needs at Best Buy, Culver City.

Sales force is pleasant and competent at the Culver City store, but just not enough on the floor to help. Could find no one in the TV or camera depts. The Amazon kiosk is completely abandoned. The Culver City store seems a bit worn; little excitement in product lines was exhibited by the sales personnel in the store during my visit. Most seemed bored and ready to close shop for the evening. My visit was at 7 pm on a Monday. Stocking on the floor seemed haphazard and depleted in some areas. It was chilly in the store other than at the cashiers station, but not because of the air conditioning. I was happy to leave. Too bad, because Best Buy offers fair pricing, great discounts, price matching, a good return policy, decent support, and an inviting mix of product lines for a bricks-and-mortar store in todays retail climate. I am a fan of Best Buy. I just hope it doesnt go the way of Circuit City because of unenthusiastic and lackluster management. All is fixable if management cares.

My friend bought a phone from here, for his wedding anniversary, as a gift for his wife, with the understanding that it was unlocked and would work in his country. When he got home, their native language would not work in the phone, and so he mailed it back to the USA to return it. One store that his son took it into, told him, he needs to go to a more regional store to exchange it. That store told him to send it back to the store it was purchased from. When I took it back, they wouldnt accept it, since it was too long after he had purchased it. Finally, they agreed, that it was their issue, since the phone didnt do what they sold him saying it would do, and HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE A $35 RESTOCKING FEE!!!! I tweeted my disgust with them, they responded, but didnt resolve anything! Wow

Ive tried calling many many many different occasions and every single time Ive never ever been able to get through on the phone. Thankfully I live across the street and am able to walk there but it would be nice if I could just simply call. On the inside Ive never had any problems though. I bought a TV from them and their customer service in the TV department was extremely great. Actually I should say the one guy I interacted with was super nice and helpful. The other guy I got handed off to for the final purchase tried to convince me I needed to buy their $100 hdmi cable instead of a $14 hdmi cable from another store. THEY ARE THE SAME THING. Either than that I cant really review anything else.

Horrific customer service in general. Many employees will stand around not helping customers who are obviously waiting around for help. They usually only have 1 employee manning checkout with long lines, meanwhile, 2 employees will be standing by the door checking your receipt on the way out. Many of the employees have an attitude problem, like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They lock up some items like hard drives and video cards, which requires you to get help from someone who has a key. Needless to say that can take 20 minutes... Worst Best Buy Ive ever seen. I wish Frys would open a store in West Los Angeles as they would put Best Buy out of business easily.

Big chain, unhappy workers....the place is not what it used to be. Customer service is horrible....I would not be surprised if Best Buy is out of business soon. I went to the stereo department and it was empty. I wanted to upgrade my car stereo to a new stereo that could play my iPod....Finally someone comes by...seemed nice, but then says, I have to come back in an hour because the Geek Squad guy that installs the stereo is at lunch...I come back and the Geek Squad guy says he cant open the gate because the manager is out to lunch now....long story short, they dont have their act together...I wanted to buy a new stereo....but for some reason, couldnt.....bad, bad, bad.

Tucked away in the back of a parking lot, cloistered among many other businesses large and small, and off the beaten path of both boulevards intersecting the corner where this shipping center is; there is signage directing you to this establishment but the approach is either between other stores that straddle the access lanes of a parking lot, or from a residential street just west of the store that you enter off of Washington Boulevard. Inside its a bustling and bustling environment filled with shoppers and ample staff to accommodate those customers, typical of any well oiled Best Buy store.
