We dont have big electronics stores like this in the UK so I always feel a bit like a kid in a sweet shop whenever I go in one. The range of different products available from stock always amazes me. I know that isnt unique to Best Buy, its just a US vs UK comparison but anyway... I went in here to pick up a couple of GoPro accessories. I wanted a couple of spare batteries which were on the Best Buy website for $17, compared to $20 in store. I was helped by Ronald, he immediately reduced the price down to match the web price. There was only one battery on the shelf but he checked for me and there were more out back. He went straight out and got me another one, rang up my items and I left a happy bunny. A fairly straightforward encounter but it was painless and I got good service and a good price, plus the instant gratification of leaving with my purchases in my hands rather than waiting for them to arrive from an online store. As one of the other reviews says, if you always buy online and only use stores like this to check out products before you go home and order from the web then they will disappear. And youll miss them when they are gone.

Awful!!! Go to bestbuy if you want a recommendation for a product but go elsewhere to buy!!! I bought my phone from them after I found out about their warranty program two years ago. Their representative let me know about the waranty $10 /month for unlimited protection. No matter what happens a they will replace the phone with a new one!!! I made sure to verify you mean NEW not refurbished, he said "yes a new phone!" What if the way it broke was my fault to which he replied "you could drop it off your roof! Well still replace it with a NEW one!" The first time I my phone broke about a year later I didnt have a problem because the phone that I had at the time they couldnt get in so I was able to pick out a new one. But now, I am dealing with minor glitches constantly because the phone I am using is refurbished and every time I go in all I have been getting is grief. There is a huge crack in my screen and they said they wont do anything because it doesnt effect the functionality of the phone. So much for backing up all the talk! Do NOT go to bestbuy and DEFINITELY dont buy the warranty. Spend the money on a new phone instead.

I purchased the Beats by Dre HD Solo headphones a year ago. Last week my headphones snapped for no apparent reason after having them for 1 year and 2 days. Immediately after, I went to Best Buy El Segundo with my original receipt to see what they could do. I originally purchased these for $199 in store, and they are now $169 online. The customer service representative informed me that there was nothing they could do... even if I had purchased the protection plan. They said cracks are not covered and I should just call Beats. After calling Beats, I was told that I was 2 days over my warranty, and the only thing they could offer was a $99 repair plus shipping. Keep in mind, these headphones are unwearable now. They hang off of my head. This is poor customer service on both parts. After spending so much money on these headphones, I would expect more from both Best Buy and Beats. I am very disappointed. Needless to say I will never recommend this product to a friend, nor return to Best Buy for any major purchases because their customer service and protection plans do nothing for the customer.

I recently purchased a tv that cost almost $3K at this location. When I got the tv home the box had obviously been opened and the power cord and screws were missing. After being told over the phone that it was a problem I would have to contact Samsung about I got in touch with a manager that said they were out of stock on the tv I bought but that they would order me a new one. It has now been almost 3 weeks and they have missed two different delivery dates. Once I packed the whole tv up and took it to the store only to be told that the "order was not fulfilled" and then on the day it was supposed to be delivered the stock room knew nothing about it. I have also spent over two hours in the store talking to employees and managers with nothing being resolved. I would not purchase anything from this store.

I dont usually write these, but I cannot understand how a sales staff could be so rude, careless and abrasive. I went in on a Sunday, when there were very few customers. I wanted to purchase a TV, but not one person initiated conversation to see if I wanted one! I then tried to get information on a cell phone, and was treated as if I was an annoyance to them (the sales staff was working on their own phones and talking with each other, you know, what they are paid to do). I was very polite in all my questions to them, and the more I asked, the more annoyed they seemed to get. Again, maybe I havent been out shopping lately, but I would think that any retailer would die to have a customer come to their store to spend money. Who knew.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the managers, Javier, would not accept an online return when its the Best Buy policy written all over their dang website. I even got on the phone with the online customer service who assured me that he could easily accept the return but he was choosing not to probably because it was an expensive item. He was completely unprofessional and has no clue how important customer service is because they just lost a long time customer for good. Im perfectly happy taking my business to Target and Walmart where they dont treat their customers like crap.

This place is just awesome. They support local music, little indie music shop with a nice stage for in-store performances. They have refreshments provided by St. Arnolds for these events. Its just an all around nice place. Ive stopped by here just to pass out some flyers for my friends band. Theyve been generous enough to always welcome us, and take interest in the show. They have a really great selection of music. Its a really great space. Check it out. That is all.

I love this best buy. Its convenient to the South Bay and during Christmas it usually saves my bacon when buying gifts. Last year i even bought a Day one XBox one here because of a really nice employee. My brother was so stoked when I gave him that gift. Another great thing about this location is that they have tons of parking right in front of the best buy and the parking lot is easy to get out of. My old best buy had a costco in the lot and it was a nightmare.

This place is terrific! I know it has some bad reviews, but its really taken them to heart; the service was the best Ive had at any Best Buy. I was greeted at the door when I walked in, and the guy in the video game department was really friendly and knowledgeable; the store wasnt too crowded so he chatted with me for at least 30 mins about all the games in stock (he had played nearly all of them and gave some really apt reviews). 10/10 would go again.
