Although, I was not able to buy the device called a internet receive booster to boost the Santa Monica free wifi signal, at least the store manager was able to explain why.This is what he said, Radio shack told me that you have to have backdoor access to boost any signal,hence no matter what kind of signal boosting receiver I bought anywhere I would not be able to get back door access from the city of Santa Monica to boost ! Thanks for saving me the time and trouble.

Went in twice to return a cell phone tool set that I never opened. The Assistant Manager Dustin informed me the first time I went that I could not return the product without the receipt. I found the receipt and came in a second time and Dustin was rude right as soon as he saw me. He said in a forceful tone, "You cant return tools, I already told you that." After a few choice words I left. I went to another store and received my money back. No questions asked.

They are friendly enough, but the staff mistakenly focus on the voltage rating of a fuse, rather than on the amps and physical size. Amps is the first and most critical characteristic of a fuse, and the voltage rating is uselful also, but not the industry wide standard for selection. Staff sounds kinda naive.

Hassle-free and humorous when replacing my QC25s. I walked out after 5 minutes with a new shrink-wrapped pair.The only hard part was finding the store in the mall.Of course, the fact that I had to make a visit in the first place is somewhat worrisome. Lets hope this new pair lasts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately their inventory is very low and they dont have as many products as they used to. Ex: didnt have a universal screen protector for cell phones.
