Im going to be honest, the stores actual employees who run the cashiers were very nice, and nobody should take my review to heart because it reflects only my personal experience that I had today. So basically what had happened was that I thought I lost my earphones so I went after school to buy some new ones. I did and they were around thirty dollars, I then left the store and started putting my receipts and change into my back pack, and guess what I found, my old earphones. So I decided since I had a warranty on them I would go return them for some money, I mean I did just spend thirty dollars. So I go back in and get that over with, no problem. I then start walking home and after about 10 minutes I get a phone call from some woman accusing me with stealing earphones and threatening to call the police if I dont show up, so I of course sprint back and reach the store. The woman is standing there and I begin to take out the receipts and stuff out of my backpack, I also at this time mention that they have cameras in the store and if I did steal the item there should be footage, so I ask to see it and she immediately refuses, so obviously theres actually no proof. I begin explaining everything that happened and we work it out, they thought i stole the earphones that I returned, but I explained everything and it was fine, they in the end said that everything was good and to have a nice day. Now you may think Im over-reacting by writing all this, but it was very traumatic for me, Im only a sophomore and this person was threatening me with police. I wouldnt even have minded that much if she had something along the lines of "sorry for the inconvenience, but we think there maybe a misunderstanding including some merchandise, we arent implying anything, but it would be very helpful if you could come back so we can just set everything straight" but no, it was very aggressive, and I was honestly scared. At the store they literally told me their intention wasnt to scare me. but trust me it wasnt pleasant. Now dont get me wrong I love radio shack, I always go to this other one to buy my electronics, but this time this one was just closer, so it was more efficient to go there, however after this I cant say Ill ever go to this particular one again. I just want to reiterate that the two cashiers working there were very nice to me, but that one woman just ruined my entire day. I honestly feel like I was harassed because its not like she had any actual proof, there was no video of me putting something I didnt buy in my clothes or pack back, because I never did. I know this was just a misunderstanding and I doubt anyone wanted to purposely make me uncomfortable, but I feel like how I was treated was wrong and even now I cant stop thinking about it. I swear if I get another call about it, Im going straight to some authority who can get these people to stop harassing me, because I didnt do anything wrong. Im sorry to say that this radio shack has probably lost my business (however little it was) , but I cant see myself going to a place where something like this happened. I understand that this might make me seem like a terrible person who cant handle a simple misunderstanding, but I guess I am just too much of a coward to just accept this happened, realize nothing bad happened, and move on.

This store tends to get pretty busy, but they do have great service! I was looking for a fire wire 4pin to 6pin cable and they had it! Pacific radio dont even carry the item! The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only down side is the cable cost 45 bucks!!!!
