wor$tBuy ever! will never step into this place ever again. Decide for yourself folks. Today I came over to grab some shoddy portable GPS and some petty stuff for gifts for the 4 of July. What Ive seen were but an empty shelves collecting dust. Ive been loitering around of them pondering the labels and nobody of personnel didnt bother to come over for help. Okay, damn with that, I went on to hunt for somebody in charge and in the middle of a main section had stumbled upon a white guy in a snow white shirt, who greeted me with however cheering but yet deceiving smile. We returned back to the GPS supposed to be section under my lead, and a guy with the same snake smile assured me the help is near and he will call somebody wholl bring me those stuff I am looking for just for the seconds. Upon this a guy had disappeared. I was waiting patiently like for 30 minutes... Then I dried away. What the heck I thought to myself is this the last place on the earth where we can get a GPS? Thus I departed. But what made me mad about the situation a plenty of personnel workers definitely relishing on their rest. The store is full of resting people in blue uniform shirts, they are like caws at pasture, well fed up cattle no less enjoying their siesta. God dammit! Empty shelfs, empty store, one angry buyer and they are but happy! Check in with the pics I made, a watch guy clad in a yellow shirt even tried to fight me to prevent me from using my right to make some shots of this mess. One question to BB people why do you feed all this motley crew of slackers? To abuse good customers for sure! Isnt that simple, just to transfer your trade some place elsewhere? Thanks God Frys Electronics is still on its place! PS Hilarious right, a guy in a white shirt is amazing himself with a chinwag while I am waiting, waiting, waiting...

If there was a zero star, they would get it. We made a mistake buying our dishwasher at BestBuy. They should stick with tech! It was a good deal for a dishwasher and installation, I cant complain about that. It has been two weeks since we bought it, and they are still to come and install it!!!! The dishwasher was delivered, but then you have to call and schedule an installation team which is apparently Best Buy outsources. They gave me 9-1pm time slot, showed up at 1.15 just to tell me that Best Buy forgot to tell me to buy an installation kit for my new dishwasher. "It happens all the time, those Best Buy people dont know what they are doing", said the installation guy shrugging his shoulders. We rescheduled again. He didnt show up. I called three hours later to learn, that his tire got flat. Seriously???? We rescheduled, he didnt show up again. I called Best Buy, and after 20 minutes on the phone they told me I got the time wrong, they coming at 1-5 today...Yet to see. So much wasted time! Cant believe it is Best Buy!!!!

I purchased a Sony 4K TV a few weeks before the Thanksgiving Holidays..I was here for a few hours looking into which TV to buy, the staff were very helpful in the process of helping me decide which TV was right for me and opening up new credit with the store...a few days later I was bummed that the price was lowered by a large margin the week before Thanksgiving Day.. I came to talk to the manager Karl, he helped me out no questions asked and price matched the current advertised price instead of me having to return and exchange the TV and having to deal with a whole different process...now thats what I call great customer service! Thanks again Karl..looking forward to making more purchases here!

I went in for buying a PC monitor for productivity tasks. The demo monitors where playing a video. I asked for a demo with some word processor or browser in order to assess the monitors picture quality. Even after talking with the manager they totally refused to do so argunig that is was way to complicated. Seriously?!? They have like 50 laptops 20 feet way! What is the point of having a brick and mortar store then? At least with Internet stores I dont get to waste my time driving and arguing with a lazy manager.

I ran into alot of trouble when my Laptop got broke and bestbuy was having some computer issues; they were unable to return the laptop. I have to leave it in store.(bcz I was too lazy to bring it back with me) Daryl in customer service helped me out and took care of the laptop and even called me back when I was trying to reach him! (thats rare if u ever worked in places like Bestbuy or frys :)) All I can say is that I was not expecting the outstanding customer service I recieved. Thank you Deryl!

They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I told them about walmart giving a camera bag with the camera and they gave me one. Awesome. I also bought some memory cards the next day and found it very informative, about how it works with my camera. The salesman even warned me about the one I went to buy and how it made another persons camera hot due to incompatibility so that saved me a lot of headache. I will be going back all the time to this location.

I often shop the market for best price. But it seems that I waste my time and always end up at Best Buy. Enormous values and great return policies make this a very comfortable vendor to deal with for electronics and high-end Goods. I recently purchased and activated a new cell phone there, I found the employee to be extremely knowledgeable fast and I was out the door in 20 minutes completely satisfied. 6 STARS!!

they made me wait a week just to tell me that the insurance that i bought didnt cover water damages, when i clearly stated that i needed one from water damages the day i bought it.. so now they make me wait and they make me have to call different managers and geek squad just to be told that my insurances really dont cover water damages... why they have to lie ? please be honest with your business!!!

my wife found a stoller she wanted to buy for our new born , the seller wanted cash or a X box one Brand New. i went to best buy and bought an xbox one with 6 months 0% interest rate, i then traded it for the stroller my wife wanted. best buy is a good place to buy goods and they offer good finance options. this place could be good for people to build credit since they offer good interest rates

I have been coming to this Best Buy for years now and I always am happy with my experience. The staff that is there is very helpful and for the most part will find what you are looking for. Of course the prices are a little bit too high and there are some things that you cannot find relating to computer parts. But other then that this Best Buy is worth to shop around

Just received the best customer service ever!!! Gin was more than awesome, he came and helped my boyfriend and I pick out the perfect TV for our new home. He answered all of our questions without us having to even ask him. He provided so much information and was even willing to give us the pros and cons between two TVs We couldnt decide between. Gin you the best!
