How can these people be so lazy, rude and try at all costs to avoid repairing a Mac thats under warranty? As you can probably tell, I had a really bad experience with this particular Apple store. The "genius" technician I was speaking with has repeatedly lied to me about internal workings of the computer, and I caught him only because I work with computers every day. I mentioned this to the store manager, and instead of apologizing to me he dismissed it saying it must have been just a "misunderstanding". Last time I checked when someone lies to you thats called a LIE. I dont know about you, but it really bothers me when someone tries to lie to me. On top of that, this "genius" was very combative and rude. It was soo disappointing to see all of this nonsense coming from Apple store employees. This store refused to fix my Apple computer which is still under Apple warranty because of the scratch on the back of the computer case! A SCRATCH, not even a dent, but a simple scratch voids your Apple warranty for internal repair! What a farce! If this is really the case with Apple warranty, then thank you, I wont buy another Apple product ever. And if you visit this Valencia Apple store I wish you good luck, because youll need it when you come back to them with any kind of problem with your Apple product.

Over the past year, Ive been to the Apple Store more times than I can count for repairs on my many laptops. I owned a MacBook Air, which had plenty of issues, and that was replaced with a MacBook Pro which I paid for the upgrade. Well, I had my MacBook Pro from December to April, and I probably used it for half of that time because that was always in repair. Finally, they replaced it with an iMac. My iMac is working fine, but my Dads iMac isnt. I took it in for a SAFETY related issue (overheating) and they said that they werent able to reproduce the issue. Well, I have screenshots of the issues, and they said theyre unable to reproduce the issue. You dont need to reproduce the issue when the computer is overheating because that could damage the computer. I dont understand whats going through their heads over there. Damnit, I have screenshots of the temperatures! 160 degrees and higher is NOT safe. Come on now! Totally taking this to headquarters unless they want to give me a new Mac.

I have bought my last apple product from this store. I have an intermittent problem with my display. I take it to them, and they say they found some dried up liquid and if I want them to continue it would be over $700. I asked if they wiped the liquid out so as to not create more damage and the repair tech patrick says i would be asking him to do Insurance Fraud. What I wanted was no more damage to my computer. I cancelled my 183. purchase I just made and after speaking to the managerBrandon Jones, I realized the attitude was no better. 8 Apple phones One Mac-book Pro One Mac Desktop Two Mini I-pads later and they could not wipe off the liquid? One mans fraud is another mans customer service. Bad Experience. BTW I went home took 4 cotton swaps with Alcohol and that tiny tiny amount of brown liquid stain was gone. I am sure they did me an immense favor and added it to my profile with Apple.

This store is the worst!!! They tell its a 90 min wait to see a genius and well text you, 1 hr 45 min later, still no text, go back to the store to check, and the guy says laughingly you still have a 45 min wait!!! So can I make appointment for tomorrow morning? No, the soonest we have is in 9 days!! Then he says your better off as a walk in and waiting, what a joke this place is. Should have known when I first walked in,one of the employees was flying a drone in the store! And the others just hanging out BSing and watching this drone fly around, this store needs more adult help, yeah I know, these stores a supposed to hip and cutting edge, but come on already,Apple is worth billions, take care of the customers

Not too impressed with this apple store. After making a genius bar appt and waiting over 24 hours for them to tell me that my Ram was broken and needed to be replaced, I went in and picked it up. I replaced my Ram and it still was broken only to take it to another apple store and now be told that the ram slot was actually broken, not necessarily the ram. I understand that people make mistakes, just kinda frustrating wondering whats going on with your computer and you get alot of mixed answers from "geniuses" and your computer is still broken like a week later. Im always impressed with calling them on the phone for help, but this instance of in person service wasnt as expected.

Firstable I can never get anyone to help me in this store. The staff seems to be chatting together and even when seeing that someone needs help it doesnt make them move. I always have to hunt them down to ask them basic questions that most of the time remain unanswered or they refer me to the genuis bar that is always booked for days. The guys at the genius bar are far from being geniuses and couldnt help me numerous times. It looks like theyre not even trying. It is useless to ask them any questions. Now I try to troubleshoot my own apple product problems with more success.

Beware salesman there dont tell the truth and try to sell you phone instead of fixing. I had 5S that the battery swell causing issues. I ask how much is the battery only. Salesmen will not replace the battery saying it might shock his tech and proceeded to sell me a phone. He charged me $79 for a battery only...found out later it was for labor also. But the salesmen Patrick there said nope $79 is just for battery. Went online to chat site and they said Patrick was wrong in pricing but did nothing. So beware, its like a car salesmen in there.

I came to the apple store to buy my first Mac and the guy was really polite and help me choose the best MacBook for me. He also help me set it up and create my own apple ID. The next day I came in for my first one to one class and the guy was really helpful in answering all my questions and anything I wasnt use to doing on my Mac. The only issue I had was that the store is always crowded, anything else is fine. I hope to buy another apple product here soon. Best apple store in the state.

Apparently asking questions from the "staff" at this store to have a better understanding of ones options warrants a walk away from a customer. Just turn your back and walk away is ok I guess. Great training, great attitude right off the opening bell at 10am. Just a series of horrible experiences with customer service. But hey, what can a customer do when treated like sheep at a corporate store dumping hard earned money and no one cares. They sell enough overpriced product as is.
