Let me start this by saying we will never, EVER do business with Best Buy again. I could not give no stars, or I would have. First off, I dont appreciate the system of calling the evening before with a two-hour window. My husband and I both work--I am a teacher, so I cannot leave my classroom legally, and my husband works two hours away. It is impossible for us to get there, especially with only a few hours notice. It would be much more convenient to their customers if they allowed some sort of preference for morning, afternoon, or evening delivery. Second, when I received notification the day before scheduled delivery and found out it was in the morning, I called the distribution center to reschedule. The person took my information, said she put the order in, and told me me she would put in the notes my preference for after 3:30. However, they attempted delivery on the original date. No reschedule order was put in, and no notes were taken. By the time I found out about it in the afternoon, I called, but the refrigerator could not be delivered next day because the delivery list had already been made. So then, it was scheduled for Friday. It still was very inconvenient since the reason my husband purchased me the refrigerator is that we were having a huge party on Saturday. We could not have it delivered on Saturday because their window is all the way to 7pm, and our party started at 5. We had a window Friday for the delivery of our refrigerator from 4-6. The driver showed up at 7, no call before, no apology, and with a very nasty attitude. He then proceeded to tell me that the new refrigerator wouldnt fit in the space. I absolutely told the salesman that we had 34 inches from the wall to the counter edge. I know this because the first refrigerator Wally bought was the wrong size, so I had to go back and order a different model specifically for the size. Now, Im an English teacher with a Masters degree, but I am not a professional refrigerator salesman. I did not realize I had to take into account the opening of the door or the baseboards. We would have removed the baseboards, but the door still wouldnt have opened on the wall side. So, at 7pm on the night before our big party, we find out we would not have a new refrigerator, but even worse, we find out we will only have one refrigerator for food and drinks for 50 people. We had given the refrigerator from our garage to a friend in anticipation of moving the one from the kitchen into its place. Needless to say, it was a horrible, horrible experience. I know I am not alone in my disgust for Best Buy.

So My experience of the Best Buy store itself has been great. My huge problem came from their Samsung Experience (I know Its not connected). Ive been to other Samsung Experiences at other Best Buys and have been treated well and have been very happy, but the Experience Rep there was the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive ever met! Did not and would not let me explain the problem that I was having with my new Galaxy S6 Phone and what has been said and done already. He refuse to even take a look at! All he kept saying was, "I can flash your phone but I cant fix it, you have to go to a Samsung Technician to get it fix." When I tried to explain the problem, he would continually cut me off say " that I wasnt listening to him," and repeat the same line. Then he started to yell at me the same thing. When I got upset and ask to talk to a supervisor or someone in-charge he arrogantly stated that they dont have supervisors and I could take a picture of him and complain if I wanted to. So when I asked a Best Buy rep to speak to a store supervisor/manager he politely called one over and ask if he could be of assistance. Once I told the Manager of my complaint, he sympathetically apologized and stated that he had no control over the Samsung Experience. He told me that he would try to relay my complaint to Samsung and actually tried to help me with the issue with my phone. It turns out that it is incredibly difficult to file a complaint against a Samsung Experience Representative. That explains the arrogant and rude attitude of the rep. So if you were planning on visiting a Samsung Experience, stay away from the one in Woodland Hills. Try a different one and you will be very pleased. As for the Best Buy itself, I have only had good experiences there.

Stick with Cosco people when it comes to buying electronics!!!!! I received horrible customer service from every manager at Best Buy Electronics off Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Raul the manager had poor customer service, he did not even have the decency to say buyer thank you, just walked away after not letting me exchange or upgrade a Vizio television, I had bought 30 days prior for $500, that was not functioning at all! I was willing to buy a TV in exchange for over $1000, but nothing! Just stuck! I have a Best Buy card and I have purchased three other TVs from them, monitors, an Xbox one.... but you have to spend $3500 in a calendar year to be an elite member and then you get a 60 day return policy no problem!!! What a bogus, fraudulent program!!! I told him I bet you if I was a family member you would of easily exchanged it for me! Costco has the same return policy for everyone, it doesnt distinguish how much you spend in a calendar year!! thats not fair to have a TV that only works for less than 30 days and then youre stuck with it!!! Yes its still under Manufacturing warranty and I will now wait two weeks for them to try to fix it but the point is why would I want to have a TV that I just spent $500 for and its probably going to end up breaking down anyhow after the year because it already did so soon. Best Buy doesnt believe they could have sold me an in the box damaged product.

Horrible customer service. Never purchasing anything here again. A few months ago I purchased a #Sony a6000 kit. I mainly used one of the lenses in the kit. The second lense I couldnt figure out how to put on properly, so I decided to wait until the next chance I had to go into a Best Buy store and ask how to use it. I just now visited a store to figure out how to use it and I was informed the lense didnt belong to this kit, and its useless to my camera. Not only did I have to wait forever for the digital center manager Monica at the Canoga Park store, but since I didnt bring it within a month I am now screwed and they cant do anything about it. At the time. Of purchase, I didnt even come in with the intention to buy a kit, but was up sold by a sales person when making a decision. As a solution to my problem, I was offered a discount to spend more money to buy a lense. Like I would feel inclined to buy anything from them anymore. I had also just purchased a scale online that I picked up that day. That was returned ASAP. #BestBuy, not giving you a single dollar again.
