Earlier today I walked into the store to return a simple iteam. The man there wouldnt except it because it was missing the instructions, I totally understand. Other than that it was within the 30 days and was packaged still perfectly together. So I took my things and came back later that day after work. There was a girl there. She was the assistant store manager. The guy that helped me prior was standing next to her doing something so she helped me. I told her Im coming in to return this, nothing is wrong with it. So she begains to pull the things out of the package and did exactly what the guy did when I came in earlier. Examined every part while the guy was standing right there. He didnt even save time by saying -oh I checked it earlier shes good she just needed the instruction book.. NOTHING! Didnt even acknowledge me. So then she looks at me and says- sooo why are you returning it? I looked at her thinking is she really serious right now? Do I really need a reason to return an iteam thats within your policy rules? Plus the guy next to her is allowing her to waste my time when I was just in here earlier. You can see why I kinda got upset. I never write comments on service even though i work in a high volume customer service store and know how customers need to be treated, i just decide to not waste my time, BUT this really upset me. I just got off work and needed a simple thing done. So I tell the girl that I was in here earlier, I forgot the instruction book and I didnt need the iteam after all. Then she finally decideds to process my return and asks for my name, phone number and address, not once but twice. If this return couldnt be long and unpleasant enough already. Then FINALLY, its done.. and I will never be returning to that store again.

Ok, I dont normally take the time to rank businesses unless the service is exceptional. Exceptional this place is NOT! First, if you walk in and you think the staff are in comas, because that was my first impression, fear not, that is the lack of personality and customer service. Walked in needing a battery for my key fob and asked if they could open the fob and the man responded "nope"; the female stood by and said nothing (not sure why there were two, I was the only one in the store). So I fiddled with the fob for about 5 minutes trying to pry it open while they both just stood in front of me, side by side, saying not a single word; no small talk, no suggestions on how to open it even though they sell the batteries so must see customers open them even if they dont open them, but nope - they just stood there side by side saying nothing for 5 minutes while I tried to pry the fob open. Upon finally opening it, I handed him the battery and he asked "how many" then returned with the quantity I requested. I was in the store 10 minutes and the female never opened her mouth even though she stood right in front of me the whole time, neither of them smiled, neither were friendly. When I left I said "your customer service is awful" and the man said "ok". In a time when you can order online what you need or go to Walmart, Target, etc and these little stores like Radio Shack are going to be obsolete, I would think their employees would make a little more effort to be pleasant or, I dont know, breathing! Wont go again. If you have a policy on not opening fobs due to possibility of damaging and liability, ok, then say that, but you can still be friendly and helpful. Because you hate your job doesnt mean your customers have to know it! Boo!

Nice clean organized store employees are good @ when a customer comes in & starts off saying U know its this thing that does this and they the employee goes well I think I Ur talking about this and Id say 90% of the time they nail it

Location and good parking. It my go to for computer cables, phone chargers, batteries and such. I am glad sprint is sharing the place, lots of choices for phone cradles and protective covers.
