Can i give half a star? Honestly i live by this place i go here so i dont have to deal with walmarts "atmosphere of people". I went here bought a blu ray some paper towels skittles chips garbage bags ac filter an peanut butter crackers. Anyways long story short the total was approximately $94. I said man that dont sound rite r u sure.... Cashier Yea the blu ray is quite expensive" thought nothing of it payed the lady walked out... Get to my car checked my bags looked at my receipt an noticed she charged me twice for the blu ray an had the audacity to tell me it was $94 cause the blu ray was expensive. Went back inside try to tell her that she made a mistake. Security abruptly pulled me to the side said let me check the camers to make sure u only got 1 copy. I was extremely disappointed in the way they run theyre company an theyre policies anyways he comes out saying that theyre sorry they made a mistake. I was dumbfounded cus i asked her if there was a mistake an she assured me things were ok. I Immediately asked for a full refund i didnt want the product they were selling i felt like they stole my money an only gave it back cus i double checked an found an error myself. I got my full refund an will never go to this store instead ill go to Walmart an be more aware.

I work for the pharmacy, so this review might seem biased. However, I am a consumer and I do a lot of my shopping here. I do not get special privilege on or off the clock, but I must say that this Target is by far the friendliest. It has a very "interesting clientele" and the employees can relate to the customers needs and wants. While Im working I can hear some of the conversations employees have with some of Targets guests and they go above and beyond to meet the guests needs. Its not fair for me to give specific names, so I wont, but I can say that there is not one employee who doesnt go above and beyond for the guest. I live 20 minutes away from this Target and do not mind driving all the way there for the item I am looking for. This is a great Target with hard working employees.

This particular Target store is in need of some creative thinking. The associates are friendly and more often, then not, are quite helpful. But the coverage at the checkouts is often skimpy during peek hours and/or days. Many times the merchandise is in disarray and home spots are empty. I realize customers are greatly guilty parties for this happening...but floor coverage is, as well. Many times an associate will find the item in the stock room when Ive requested a quick check. Id rather shop at Target than its competition. This one is where Ive shopped Target since it opened. Though, Im finding less of what I enjoyed shopping here for. Please get some retail-creative/Target, "Run & Done" back into this location.

when i think about going to target Id usually go to the one on Herndon just because of the big selections they have in the dollar spot compare to other ones where its just so small and not a lot of things...even though it was pretty far from wherever i was, i would still rather go to the one on Herndon, BUT the last time i stopped by at this target on shields.... I WAS SURPRISED the moment i walked in on how the dollar spot expanded! Im obessed with the dollar spot at target and can spend hours just roaming back and forth ...even my bf would usually have to hold my hand out of that area ahha. BUT YASS! look forward it more often now.

The worst cust service in california that Ive been to in any Target!!!Numerous times my family and I have been refused honoring advertised sale pricing and given deals by floor team leader and when we get to the cashier to pay they will not honor the deal even after verifying that it was given and verifying the sale prices!!NEVER apologized to for lying,contradicting,wasting my time and worst of all,they are SOO MEAN and RUDE about EVERYTHING!The Target employees here are ALL like this and ALL are vulgar,and publicly humiliate ANYONE and treat everyone like Sh**,especially customers!Targhetto Is an UNDER statement!!Never going back!!

This Target is the worst Target Ive ever been to! The employees are terrible at their jobs. Not once, not twice, but on 6 different occasions when going to this store, there was expired food on the shelves, which would remain there for months after expiration! I even once brought up a box of protein bars that were 2 months past their date, and they thanked me for bringing them up, then a few days later I went back and they had put them BACK ON THE SHELF! This place is awful. If you have to shop here, make sure you check the expiration dates on every food item you buy!!!

I have reviewed this store on my coupon blog after shopping myself once a day for the past four days. This store is NOT coupon friendly. I have emailed corporate about my concerns. They have not been following the Target Coupon Policy and have been rude to guests with coupons. If I am doing my work to follow both the store policy and the manufacturers coupon policy, I expect the employees to be trained in their OWN policy. Remember coupons are a type of currency. The store gets reimbursed for manufacturer coupons, plus 8-12 cents per coupon from the manufacturer.

Employees here are racist and assume everyone is stealing. POOR customer service. There are many people in Fresno who need jobs ,I recommend hiring people that enjoy interacting with customers and just because this store is in central Fresno (not north Fresno or Clovis) they shouldnt assume everyone from the surrounding neighborhoods are in the store trying to steal something. Never have I stole in my life, and after being in this store today I feel discriminated.never shopping here again.

I went to my regular shopping today at Target, and to my astonishment, I heard one of the employees yell and offend another enployee, calling her the offensive B-term, calling her "fat", telling her to "eat tacos", IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS....and I wonder if that employee will still be seen working in the future? For me, it is humiliating, racist and mentally abusive.....I can only imagine how the other employee must have felt. I hope never to hear anything disturbing like that again!

Ghetto, looks like the employees are a product of their surroundings, HOOD RICH. Never did I imagine that companies would allow so much INK to be visible. It is quite obvious that khakis red and tattoos are a dress code must at this location I thought they were better than Wal-mart the prices are higher but they employ trashy looking personnel, at least the higher ups look descent they should they getting paid for it, oh wait arent all employees getting paid to represent the company?

This Target has 3 mobile carts available for folks who have the need for assistance. The Manager and crew at this store didnt know me. I had an issue (I lost my cane) and cashiers, stock people and Security were very kind and thorough in trying to help me. They spoke highly of their customers and their pride in servicing the neighborhood. Hip, hip hoorah for this Target Store and their exceptional customer service. The store was exceptionally clean and well organized.
