Th8s 8s not a to bad a place, but they dont have real friendly customer service. The pharmacy staff are the most rude unfriendly people I have ever met. When you ask a question on your prescription they snap and raise there voice so load that anyone behind you in line or shopping can here whats going on. I would not recommend people using this pharmacy or shopping the store manager needs to have a meeting with all employees and have a very serious talk to them on how to treat customers. We are the most important reason they are there, with out us they wouldnt have a job!!

Horrible! Ive gotten my bike stolen in front of the store on south 5th ave yakima wa and they did nothing to help me. I told the cashier she said oh are you sure? Sorry? Didnt have anything she could do. I had to ask for the manager and wait. Then she said she couldnt do anything. Didnt even care. Then I had to ask her for a phone number I can call myself and she gave me one to the corporate office in ugien wa and guess what no answer! I didnt even get a call back. Worst service ever in my opinion. So for the past few months since it happened I dont like going there.

Because they are ungrateful. We went to make an exchange, was told we couldnt because the check had not cleared their bank, and we would have to wait 10 to 12 days before we could. We called the manager and asked why do we have to wait when the clerk had given our check back to us. Told us to come in the next day and they would look at it. Well he took the check and stated year that is the check they were missing, took it and left,never saying thank you or anything. Gee thanks for saving our store $175. Boozoos!!

The store is clean, and the customer service is great. However, the pharmacy is lacking staff and meeting the demands of the public. I heard a lot of excuses, and when one has LUPUS or Esophageal Cancer with malignancies...it just is not good. GO TO THE BI-MART ON 40TH AVE. FOR YOUR PHARMACY NEEDS.

Aisles are too close together, only room for one cart at a time otherwise get used to brushing up against other customers. Same prices as elsewhere,no significant savings. One if few places that Carri my favorite candy bar... Idaho spud

Bi-Mart is one of my favorite stores, youll only find them in the Northwest and requires a $5 lifetime membership. They have hidden gems like Lucky Number Tuesdays.

Older store but usually clean. Always have a variety of everything you maybe looking for. Staff very helpful. Pharmacy staff can be a little rude at times.
