When they were asked to help the firefighters here during rim fire they refused. All they were asked for weeks blankets. And everyone in this community chipped in to help but no not Ross. I dont think its right they can profit off the community and refuse to contribute their wealth to help during a natural disaster those firefighters risked their lives to put these fires out and ROSS couldnt even donate a few little blankets. Shame on them they also dont let the hired staff work more than 20 hrs a week so they dont have to give them benefits. Greedy and wont support a store getting rich off the backs of its workers

I worked here and it was awful. They made me sign a meal waiver, said that if I didnt I wouldnt get any hours. They treat their staff like crap, and then expect them to do a good job. Which obviously explains the lack of cashiers and happy, smiling workers in the store. While there are decent deals on clothing, they basically support some weird labor force. I quit, but they decided no, I was fired . Awful, awful place. Not even worth one star.

I like this ross. Its clean and well organized. I miss the old layout of the store. I recently was informed that the staff talk bad about the customers on there head sets on a regular basis...a little dissapointing I must say. Behavior like that is not tolerated at my work place its to bad its not in other places.
