On Sunday 6/18/16 me and my wife went to Walmart to get some items for are vacation we were on in chelan. When we when to check out we found out some of the items that are friends bought earlier that same day , the store was now trying to get us to pay full price instead of the discounted price that was posted in the section we found them. We nicely asked if we could ask a manger about the mistake . When the manager came up she was vary rood and told us that we were wrong and walked off. After the experience today we will never visit that Walmart again and will tell all of are friends to stead clear from a store that mis labels prices and has a management staff that is unwilling to listen to customers that have a complaint that wouldve gladly just paid the full price for the items but when you have a manager that is rude and will not listen I will not give that store my money .

Although I think it is a travesty that the headquarters directs the stores to carry a lot of sad items (like Baby Water with fluoride, when even the FDA suggested against that practice; just to mention one example), there are a few items I have found here (and at later hours) that are simply NOT carried by smaller but longer-established local stores, which I otherwise prefer shopping at and supporting (and who commonly have far more expertise in specific fields than such generalist big-box stores). But still, there are times it works out well on the outskirts of our small town as an alternative option to investigate here before heading over to the coast to shop, and Im glad they seem to set an example of employing a more culturally diverse spectrum of our community at often similar earnings. :)

Had my oil changed at this store (Wal Mart Lake Chelan). They only put 3.? quarts of new oil back in. I checked the oil level the next day. It was still brown looking. Dirty. Called the store manager today in the morning. The store manager said he would call me back. Received a call back at 4:30pm. The store employee insisted that it only takes 3.4 quarts. Went on and on that I was wrong. It clearly states 4.5 quarts in the owners manual. Called Wal Mart Omak and had them check on how much oil my car holds. Super nice employee stated 4.5 quarts. Called 800 Wal Mart. Got hung up on. Seriously what is going on with this????

Dear Aron, Yesterday I was shopping in Wenatchee and stopped in at the Wal-Mart there to price Prilosec ($22.87) before going to Costco. Costcos price was $23.99. (Nice surprise) I then decided to come back home to give our local Wal-Mart the business. I was surprised to find the same product/size/package costing $25.87. When I asked the service desk person if they could honor the Wenatchee Wal-Marts price, I was told it was not allowed. Does this mean that I must do my shopping in Wenatchee to find better prices. I know it is only three dollars, however, it is the principal of fair pricing that disgruntled me. Kathy Lee

In response to kathy lee or Ronald, coming from a shipping company I would say that the increase price difference of $25 In Chelan compared to the $22 or $23 in Wenatchee might be because of shipping costs. Chelan is further away then Wenatchee and costs more to have freight delivered to them. Would you epect to pay the same amount in fuel driving to Manson as you would driving to Wenatchee? Probably not. If you think it is more cost affective to drive to Wenatchee to save $3 then you must have an electric car and fuel costs dont bother you.

This is the Wal-Mart in Chelan and they dont sell womans skirts and they also didnt have any womans water shoes. If you do find something your looking for and it doesnt have a price good luck finding out what it is, after talking to two employees and trying 4 of there price checking stations (which didnt work) I finally figured out how much the item I wanted was, what a waste of time!

Not really a Walmart fan, though it does bring options to Chelan, lower grade options, but more. Produce and grocery selection is pretty basic and nothing to rave about. They have one of the smallest organic and healthy food selections Ive seen. I guess people in Chelan are stuck with the usual corporate big ag choices weve been fed for decades. I sure miss my Seattle grocers.

one of the best Walmarts, The store was put in a place they thought would get more traffic, but never really got up to speed. As a result it is easy shopping, wide aisles, fully stocked. and the GM told me one night that they test new products at this store, If you dont like Walmart, you could very well like this one

Walmart needs to focus on the CUSTOMER SERVICE given to patrons. half of the employees that work there couldnt tell their ass from a hole in the ground.... Dont go through self checkout. Very poor customer service by some "idiots" The other employees are great and helpful..

Most of the employees look and act as if they could care less about their job . Customer service is horrible . The produce is always old looking and never seems to be rotated or gone through and early in the day there is always a bunch of items missing and not fully stocked

We went to get some shoes and a scooter for a friend who forgot theirs at home. The store is super clean and employees are friendly. There was a large variety of food and items to choose from. Pretty much a one stop shop while traveling to Chelan.

As far as a Walmart goes, this one was bright, clean and everyone we talked to was friendly. The point of sale was having issues and the cashier didnt know how to get it to work, otherwise it would have been a great experience.

Its really awesome that there is a walmart in a remote area like this. Its really close to camping sites and swimming areas and parks. Love this place, im glad it was built.

There is hardly anything organic, lack of variety in there chip section. However, I will say their customer service its excellent, thank you Walmart Chelan

Standard Wal-Mart. Its got evertything as usual and a big enough parking lot to handle the summer crush, even though it still gets crazy busy.

After moving to Chelan from Seattle this Walmart is a breath of fresh air! Its NOT overcrowded like im use to, and i can always find parking

Its Walmart but seems bigger and orderly vs other Walmarts in area...Can be busy and have a wait. Price you pay to save a dollar .
