After much research on buying an elliptical I found one I wanted at a local Sears. When entering the store to try the machine I was excited. I had not been in a Sears in quite some time and thought this would be a great place to do some Christmas shopping. After trying the equipment, the folowing day I applied for a Sears credit card to make the purchase I wanted. After approval I was unable to purchase online without the physical card so I was informed I can make the purchase in the store. I took off of work early to make this purchase, spent over an hour in the store and was unable to make the purchase. The card was approved and I brought the card number and confirmation with me and the cashier was unable to locate my account. After an hour in the store, and about 2 minutes of the managers time the manager told me to buy a Snickers to get a shopping pass. Im buying fitness equipment for one, I dont want a Snickers, and for two I dont want to finance a candy bar! I tried contacting the card services the next day online and after about 20 minutes of going in circles I gave up. This is ridiculous and I will be shopping elsewhere for my elliptical and holiday shopping.

Fabulous service, amazing associates, incredible prices! The new manager (Andy) is extremely professional, and handled a recent matter regarding my daughters vehicle with true finesse and skill. His business sense and fair tactics were more than appreciated. He far exceeded anything I expected, and I remain a very loyal and dedicated patron of this location and company business as a result. We have been bringing our vehicles to this store for more than 25 years. We have always enjoyed memorable and pleasurable transactions. Sears Auto Center is highly recommended for all of your automobile needs. Every visit will be handled in a very positive and amazingly proficient manner. This location takes pride in serving customers to the best of their ability. The philosophy represented by Andy and his dedicated and loyal staff of invested team members is synonymous with the superior core customer service philosophy of the Sears Corporate Brand. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this location. Thanks again, for all the tremendous service and assistance over the years past *(and all those to come)!

Horrible customer service I purchased a work bench tool storage and the guy who sold it to me told me I would receive a call once the item was ready for pick up there was an expected date on my receipt to make sure the item was ready for pick up I called sears and the department I needed to speak to would not pick up and the guy who answered in the apparel section kept transferring me to different lines that kept on ringing the next day the same thing until some girl from the fitness department answered and told me she would check and stated my item was not at the store and told me nobody from the store calls a customer when items are ready for pick up that I should have received an email I let her know no email was send to me and she giggled and said then your item is not here as if it were a joke I asked to speak to a manager and my call was disconnected I walked in to sears that same day and was helped by one of the guys at the pick up section and was told my item WAS in and ready to be picked up. Sears has a great variety of items with good prices but customer service is horrible.

Got a set of tires in 2009 on my truck (took them 6 hours to install them...) and got my alignment "fixed." My truck was still out of alignment and they kept insisting that it was done right. 1 year later my front left tire was down to the wires on the inner toe and they said they cant replace it. Had to buy used tires elsewhere til I could afford new tires. May 2011, I needed to change my front breaks ASAP, got them at Sears and today (4/12/12) I just got new tires from Big Brand Tire and they told me that my front pads were down to 2/32" (thickness of 2 credit cards) and they showed me my front pads, sure enough, they were 2/32". Horrible staff all around and horrible service at Sears and theyre overpriced for the crappy service they offer. If youre gonna spend a lot of money just take yourself to a real tire shop and theyll take care of you good. I recommend Big Brand Tire on White Lane. Those guys are awesome and they are very professional and know exactly what theyre doing.

Had a flat, needed new tires. Stood in line by myself while 7 dudes acted like they were doing something more important. The manager of the auto center looked right at me, and completely ignored me, as he and one of the 7 other guys both helped one customer. When I finally did get some "assistance they tried to bait and switch me to a set of tires that was significantly more 200/300 dollars more that what I just saw online (and confirmed that they were in inventory b4 going over there. Then the grease monkey tire changer guy started actually talking smack. Thought I was going to have to fight these idiots when all I was trying to do was buy tires. I WILL NEVER EVER buy anything from these clowns. Maybe from Sears, but never the auto center. I went to big brand tires in white lane, and the difference was like night and day. Far more professional and sold me a better tire for less. With difference was able to get an oil change n other stuff. Sears sucks a@@.

Shameful delivery service. They dropped off a refrigerator for my 87 year old dad and didnt bother to stay long enough to realize they delivered a defective fridge. All of his food went bad. 4 days later they deliver another new fridge, but just plugged it in and left....not bothering to remove any of the shipping materials or put in filters and cartridges. None of my calls was successful in getting the crew back to make it right. Food again sat waiting to be put in the fridge which was taped shut with industrial strength tape......expecting an elderly man to remove it. Sears promised they would be back.....but they were a no show. Managers are unwilling to call me and Sears refuses to compensate my father for any lost food. Apologies mean nothing if they dont make some attempt to correct their errors. Being a loyal customer for over 50 years means nothing to this company.

I had purchased tires there years ago and never had a problem. Purchased tires again in May when someone stole the rims off of my truck. By July I had to keep putting air in 1 of the tires. Called them and asked about my warranty. Was told that since I didnt buy the hazard warranty that they couldnt do anything. Explained there was no nail or anything like that in the tire because I hardly drive the vehicle, they then told me that in the notes it states that the brand new rims I bought were bent. Asked how they were going to fix my tire that they put on and told me I would have to pay them $19 for flat repair which didnt include labor, when I can go buy a fix-a-flat kit for less than $5. Will definitely not be returning back.
