I was an employee during the opening of the store. The manager doesnt choose only white staffing. I am half Korean and half white and I worked here with him for a long time. We have had all ethnicities working here but like any other job field people come and go or quit. I assure you Ross is not biased whatsoever.

Me an my husdand went there to grab ah few idems,but seing me an my husband where the only blacks in the whole store,the mexican lady says he always do that to minority people.i thout times have changed.

Customer service is always good and there is always good deals on higher-end lines of clothing. Good place to get clubbing clothes or other formal events as well and work clothes and casual clothes.

I love this place, there low cost close n shoes really help with my budget plus Im a chuck Taylor wearer an I can pretty much always find a nice pair of chucks for cheap! !!

While prices are good for some name brands quantity and selection are lacking. Womens sections cater to the usual teens and thin people. Mens section almost nul and void.
