Just an absolutely astonishing experience of shopping! The place is amazingly abundant with a diversity of head gears which in particular we were after with my wife from the start. But not only that, weve been stroke surprisingly with their choice of utilities which are very internet competitive and whats matters for the most out here we esteemed everything with the own eyes and fingers, thus Ive got a plan to order the break lock on the web before but once found the offer of the CG is more then reasonable decided to stick up with them in that also. The staff personnel is beyond any compliment by far! Mr.David he is highly skilled professional who gave us a guide through the variety of the offers trying to find the real best match, in both price and features. Unlike of what sometimes happening among the vendors just to try to sell you the most expensive and ridiculous stuff. On the contrary he really had cared about our choice! Thank you Mr.David, Sir. Unfortunately we werent that polite to ask for a name of one very suave African-american attendant, to him we would like to address our special thanks and compliments to his skilled work as well at our best. Yes! and finally the very location of the facility is quite comfy to all who drives out from LAX down to Santa Monica and above.

Id give zero stars if I could. Im sure theyre fine if you buy something they have in stock, but I was looking for a specific helmet they didnt have in the store and they told me they could special order it. I paid for it up front. Bad, bad idea. First it arrived in the wrong size and they told me the size I wanted wasnt available in the color I wanted, and they offered to order it in a different color (silver) so I could get the right size. Then two weeks passed without anyone calling me so I stopped in and they told me that the silver helmet doesnt exist. Then they told me the Canoga Park store has this helmet and theyd order it from there. So I called the Canoga Park store to confirm, and they said they dont have one. I dont usually write complaints or leave bad reviews, but after two months, four trips and half a dozen phone calls, unfortunately a one-star rating is well-deserved.

Nothing really special here. Just another Cycle Gear. Prices for common parts like oil filters/oil will generally be a lot higher, but they usually have it in stock which is convenient if you need it right away. Occasionally, they have good deals. They do price match to brick & mortar stores though! Seems like a smaller location. In general, the majority of stuff arent really the most knowledgeable here, but you cant expect much for minimum wage. Pretty average location to me.

Great shop. Only 4 out of 5 because it gets pretty apparent that all the sales guys want to do is push Bilt, Sedeci and other store brands over the name brands. Its best if you know what you are looking for before coming. Their prices are very competitive with Revzilla so there is no point ordering if you can come by and try plus they are pretty good with returns as long as you have the reciept and dont wear out the gear.

I live in South los angels had to travel a bit to get there but as soon as I arrived Chris helped me with an issue I had with my jacket. He helped me swap my jacket with a defective zipper for a new one Hassel free I was in and out in no time .Eddie helped me on some helmets I was interested in. The crew there is was awesome thanks guys. I will be shopping there more often.

Great walk-in experience. Guys were good at saying hi, helped me get a good helmet, hooked me up with some parts to a old helmet. Ended up seeing the sale papers in the store still, and they were 100% about honoring the signs still posted. Really good experience overall, and i am glad that noticed the place while at the red light. Thanks again guys!

I was there Friday night and Tim spent 1:30 hours with me to help me choose the whole gear for my dirt bike. I bought the whole stuff, boots, helmet etc. Great choice of products, from the most expensive to the cheapest and Tim was tremendously patient. Great guy and great store. Ill be back for sure!
