This place is a total scammers paradise where management is in on it. Chelsea Sold me an $750 defective helmet and knew it. When I sincerely asked her for help she did nothing and couldnt care less. As a wounded combat vet my bank treats me really well. I called them and i am disputing the charge so they reversed it. Jerks wont get their money ever. Cant believe there are people out there like LB BMW Motorcycles blatantly ripping folks off and getting away with it. And its not even the cost of the helmet its how precise and on cue they were with their excuses. B****h told me to even call the manufacture and if the manufacture told them it was okay then theyd do, knowing damn well that when i called the guy at Schuberth he laughed and said "She said that, to call me and im supposed to call them, to let them know its okay to help you". "Wow, Ive never heard that one before". Me wither buddy. These guys giving 5 start reviews must be family and friends because since this has happened i have told people in the know and they say they stay away from this store and would rather drive into LA for their stuff then potentially be ripped of by these scums. Live and Learn. But in the end i was able to get my money back and want to call and rub it in to the Big Red over there but her low IQ, she wouldnt understand. I So ill wait till their books dont ad up then laugh. HEY LB BMW, You cant rip of everyone.

I want to thank salesman Teal Thoman for making the purchase of a BMW R1200GS from this dealership a pleasure. Teal was patient, personable and helpful in all phases of the transaction making it an easy purchase. He helped getting financing, helped getting the service department to add on some of the farkels I wanted on the bike, helped getting me an extended warranty on a 2nd hand bike. He even went out of his way to pick me up and take me to the dealership to complete the transaction since I had already sold my BMW motorcycle. At all times he focused on getting the purchase completed in the easiest way. He exhibited excellent knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycling. While the first is often true of a lot of motorcycle salesmen the second helps the customer dealing with an experienced rider. Without Teal I dont think I would be the proud owner of a bright Red 2010 BMW R1200GS today. Base on my experience with Teal in this dealership I have no problem in recommending this dealership to any of my friends wanting to purchase a BMW.

I needed a review of a possible warranty claim and they spent a few minutes opening the bike up to evaluate it. Didnt charge me, discussed the issue thoroughly, and gave me an estimate to do the work when warranty could not cover it. Also shopped for some boots and gloves. They had every brand and model Id been looking at online and in my size. The girl at the parts counter was friendly and professional. She let me return three sets of gloves till I found the right ones. I even took them for a test drive. Happy with the boots too. Update: Now a year later Im waiting for a simple maintenance procedure. My bike got rolled aside while I waited in the showroom. Now Im standing in the service area so they can see me and dont forget Im here. Mo who helped me couldnt remember which bike was mine. 4 hours to flush the brakes. This is why I do my own work. He apologized. The price was very fair but if you want your bike worked on in the order received Id recommend camping out at the service desk so they dont forget you.

Most Excellent Experience! Robyn helped make this buying experience so easy, comfortable, and straightforward. I started by contacting her over email from across the Pacific in Japan. I was stationed there with the Navy for 2 years, and as we were coming back to Los Angeles, I wants to have my bike ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Robyn was the first person, after numerous contacts in Los Angles, who adjusted her contact times to match the 17 hours time difference. I am confident I got The Best deal I could get. We picked out a helmet, she made sure the comm system was installed, charged, and paired to everything. Today, I picked up my 2014 K1600 GTL following a very informative and patient walk through of the bikes myriad features. Professional, courteous, and easy going... Robyn made the sale go super smooth. My relationship with the dealer will continue to grow, as its proven to be staffed with great people, supportive of the BMW rider community. Thanks, so much!! A pleasant experience from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Teal and David welcomed us the way you would a friend, making us feel right at home. Teal worked diligently to understand our needs and selecting the perfect combination of bike and options. I never felt it was about the sale, but more like a friend helping a friend. Teal was meticulous in all details before, during and after the purchase. Lauren helped us understand the extras available thru the parts department and getting them dialed in (rekeying lock for panniers etc). The dealership continues to extend a friendly hand after the sale. The invitations to join group rides, emails from Teal at time just to say hello, are just a few examples. I have found Long Beach BMW to be a friendly and welcoming team of people, a highly interactive group who is happy to see you long after the purchase of your motorcycle. Regards, Max

I would highly suggest looking into another dealership like New Century or Irv Seaver I had customer service issues from the beginning Aside that My bike was mis diagnosed It was a horrible experience. .probably one of the worst experiences in my life There are 2 good employees down there I can speak highly of first is Greg "Buster" a service advisor.. and the technician that actually found the TRUE issue with my bike who is Clint H. I even tried to escalate the issues to BMWNA Unfortunately....this dealership has a very flawed management system as the service manager is also the general manager The complaints that come down from BMWNA are handled by the GM My entire experience from beginning to end with this dealership was a nightmare And I still have one resolved issue with my s1000rr. And they could care less My factory warranty runs out tomorrow :(

Anyway I would to express my thanks to you and the Staff at Long Beach BMW. Robyn, well I cant say enough about her. Fantastic, honest and classy lady to deal with. And, after some thought, your service department deserves a big thanks as well, for doing an exceptional job at pre-delivering and setting up the bike. My only regret is that I dont live closer, to have your shop maintain the bike. Everyone we came across at the dealership was friendly, open, professional and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the products they represented. I will say that it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made in 51 years! Thanks again, and we will be back.

I have purchased two motorcycles from this facility. The customer service at this facility is outstanding. But one person who is beyond outstanding is Dewy the parts manager! This guy is not only hard-working but he is a genius! He has helped me so many times. When you go in there ask for Dewy and you will not be sorry he is excellent excellent excellent!
