On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I rented a Harley from Eagle Rider to do some riding to all the sights in the desert, It was there I learned first hand how well maintained there rental bikes were and how good the customer service was. I returned back home to Australia and subsequently received email updates on motorcycles for sale, there was a spectacular red 2007 Fatboy for sale for an excellent price. I contacted Chance at Eagle rider in Hawthorne on the how to of purchasing this bike. obviously purchasing a harley in the USA from Australia did make me nervous, as I hadnt seen the bike physically, only a series of photos. Chance assured me that the bike was everything it was as described in the Ad. he stepped me through all the paperwork required and then after purchase was kind enough to deliver the Harley to the shipping company I had arranged. after 5 weeks on the water, 3 weeks through customs and 3 more weeks for Australian compliance, My Fatboy was delivered. when the back of the truck opened up I was overwhelmed at just how fantastic my bike looked, the photos didnt do it justice. It started up, ran perfectly and is now taking pride of place in my Garage in Australia. In closing I would highly recommend Eagle Rider if you are interested in purchasing a Motorcycle and it doesnt matter where in the world you are, you can rest assured you will get exactly what you are looking at. with professional and courteous service. These guys are great! They love motorcycles and will do anything they can to help you have a good experience. I recently joined the EagleRider club and enjoined my first ride on my birthday. Unfortunately I got lost on my way back to return my bike trying to take the scenic route. I thought I was going to get screwed for returning after closing and without filling the tank, but the guys at EagleRider were cool about it and said theyd just charge me the cost to fill it up. Thanks guys. I had a great birthday ride and a great experience dealing with EagleRider. Im looking forward to many more rides.

I received great service from Russ Springstead at Eaglerider LAX, he was very helpful, patient and not "pushy, " got answers to all my questions, and he made sure the bike I was buying was delivered in the best possible condition, and even threw in some extras. The bike is a Road King, and it looked new at a great price and had 41K miles on it. In fact all the used bikes looked young, and i would highly recommend them if you want to save a lot of money on a Harley and ride a fresh bike.

I have tried to deal with Rock or Hollywood at the Orlando store. They say they will call you back but never do. Also if you want to trade in a bike like i did, expect to just about give it to them. There bikes are worth a lot of money but my trade in is not even worth the blue book price to them. My bike is not junk either. I will not try to do business with them again....

They advertised a Harley with X amount of miles for a X amount of dollars at a very nice payment, the bike actually had over 12,000 more miles than advertised!, The actual sticker price was $500.00 more than the adds price, not to mention the payment almost tripled... I SMH and walked away
