This place is great. I have been interested in buying a motorcycle for almost 10 years. I decided on this and then I decided on that, you know the story. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I would end up buying a Triumph. I was interested in the Super Sport Bikes. (Triumph does make Super Sport bikes of course). I came to the realization not long ago that a Super Sport was not the way to go. I havent ridden in a long time and Im not as young as I once was. I needed to find a middle weight more sensible solution. I started looking at reviews and comparisons. One bike stood out as the "benchmark" of the middle weights. The Triumph Street Triple. So I looked for the closest dealer and found Douglas Motorcycles. I walked in to the show room and was amazed at the number and selection of bikes. Thats when I met Daniel. He showed me through all the bikes and then we started to talk about the Street Triples. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about all of their inventory. Being an avid rider he speaks from experience. After several visits, numerous emails and a few phone calls I decided on the 2016 Street Triple R. Making the deal was a no pressure experience and I believe I got a good price on the bike. Of course I couldnt stop there. I had to buy accessories for the bike, an Arai helmet and some protective gear. All of the extras were discounted. Thank you. They have a great parts department to support what they sell. They had to order a few items but they arrived quickly. When I actually took delivery of the bike Jeremy, the service mechanic/manager, went over every detail of the bike with me so I would have a great start on learning the different bells and whistles and how to use them. When you become a customer here you are not just a customer. You become part of the "Douglas Motorcycle Triumph" family. I couldnt be more impressed. Thank you Douglas Motorcycles!

Was going to be a 5/5 review till my salesman turned into a cliche. Basically, I bought a bike from them and the manufacturer was running a rebate program. After couple of months passed from date of purchase, i was thinking it was time my rebate should have arrived but it has not (warning light #1). I called the salesman to see what was up. He said "Ill call them but you know we made like $100 off your bike just FYI" to which I said nothing but was thinking someone who has been in business for 50 years would not be around if they only made 100 bucks on a 10k purchase (warning light #2). Also, Im not asking for a handout, its my money not a purchase negotiation. Anyways, waited 3 days, no call back. I called Douglas again, salesman was on phone each time, so I left my number. Nobody called me back that day (last warning light). I called the manufacturer and found out that the salesman never made any inquiries about my rebate, ever. Manufacturer fixed the problem, I got my rebate but to this day nobody from Douglas has called me back. The service guy I dealt with that tested my bike and the cashier were nice and informative hence my rating. Dont let yourself be cajoled into non action from their salesman.

These guys are amazing! So incredibly helpful!! Daniel was so calm and very understanding throughout the financing process. Got me a really great rate and did such great work. Majority of my negotiating was done via email, which was such a huge help! I am a nurse and I work weird hours, having to only sign the forms once I was ready to pick the bike up was such a relief. I was also able to really consider my options when it came to financing. They ask permission before they start running your credit all over the place, which is very thoughtful! Nothing worse than having your credit run through the gambit only to come back to one of the top choices regardless. Bottom line, I highly recommend the folks over at Douglas Motorcycles! Daniel (sales), Art (Manager), Elliot (parts), and Jeremy (service) are who I personally dealt with and I couldnt be happier!! All these guys are super nice and informative. I am a first time rider, so this whole process was a little daunting for me, but they made me feel completely at ease and confident in the decision I made. Not pushy in any sense! GO SEE THEM!!! :)

I live in Utah and found the bike I wanted (MV Agusta Brutale 800 in Pearl Ice White) at Douglas Motorcycles online. I had the pleasure of emailing Brad throughout the purchase process. He was very nice, professional, helpful, quick to reply, and made the process of a long distance purchase simple and stress free. When it got closer to the day I was going out to pick it up I also emailed with Dan who displayed all the same qualities that Brad has. I flew out and was treated so well that it was obvious that Douglas Motorcycles as a whole appreciated my business. That can be hard to find with sales staff. I feel like Ive made friends for life with everyone that was there at the shop that day and I am genuinely saddened that due to where I live, I will not be able to see them for continued business. Hopefully I will be able to return in the future as they fully deserve my business. If you are looking for a Triumph, MV Agusta, or Zero motorcycle, hit them up. Itll be worth your time even if they are over 600 miles away from where you live!

What a great experience! Our Triumph dealership closed out here in Vegas and Doug Douglas is the closest dealer to us (250) miles. I called and told Daniel that I was interested in a Black Thruxton and he was helpful and friendly. He helped me place a deposit and stayed in constant contact with me during the couple of months while I waited for my bike to come in. Any time I called with questions I was able to talk with someone immediately...if Daniel wasnt working, Art and Danny would take care of me. When my bike came in, I didnt have to haggle for a deal because these guys were already lower than other dealerships I called. Payment and paperwork were easy and completed on their end. The best part...Art and Danny personally delivered my bike to me at a super cheap price, since I dont have a trailer. This VIP service included a bike walkthrough, maintenance, and paperwork for DMV registration. I would rate the whole process a strong 10 out of 10! Thanks guys!

havnt had a ton of experiences buying from moto dealers but cars, for sure, and i was dreading it but this was pretty easy. kinda like talking about bikes with my buddies, no pressure, super cool motorcycle guys. its a small place and they dont have a ton of bikes but i would guess theyll get you whatever you want. I got a Tiger from them (killer bike) and i was pretty shocked when they kept following up with me. i felt like id joined a kind of, easy going, cool, fraternity or something. i mean, i know from my experience that motorcycle people can be friendly, and helpful, but its just nice that a dealer can be the way you hope they would be. i was blown away.
