I went into PCH Powersports a few months ago window shopping for a Moto Guzzi, I met the owner Mike, who was very friendly and open about the business. I asked him to ball-park some numbers for me and he did, but said if I wanted the exact numbers, he keeps all the fees posted on the wall; which is the most honest thing Ive seen from any dealer (and Ive owned many bikes and been to many dealers). After coming up with some more questions, I called back in and in Mikes absence I was helped out by Roman who was just as friendly and enthusiastic about motorcycles as Mike. We talked bikes for a bit and he ball parked numbers for me just the same. I decided to get a bike that wasnt in the store and was very rare. Roman had it added to the shipment list without any questions. A couple weeks later it was in and the price out the door was exactly as quoted (actually a few dollars less), and was ready for me right when I showed up. The bottom line: Friendly, HONEST service Excellent communication All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable Prices are excellent (they will use every factory incentive to get you the bike you want) Ive been a motorcyclist my whole life, I own several bikes and PCH Powersports has earned a customer for life.

This is easily one of the best if not the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. The best way to describe the process is seamless, low pressure and professional. I stopped by on a whim around closing time on a Thursday to inquire about a program Kawasaki was offering for licensed racers for the new ZX10R. I spoke to Tanya who was a pleasure to deal with. She researched the program and got back to me early the next day. The owner had called Kawi to see if the program still applied. Although it had expired the owner got Kawi to honor the program. Chris the sales manager made everything super easy for me. He emailed me the necessary documents and got everything approved in under 24 hours. Chris even helped find the best deal available for the financing through different lenders. I picked up my new race bike a few days later and ordered some parts from the parts department manager who was extremely helpful. Before leaving I spent some time with Michael the owner talking about bikes and things like that. Ill be there frequently for parts and supplies for this bike which will be a dedicated race bike. This is a great local small business with a family like team environment. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

When I was calling around to the few locations that service Honda motorcycles, I was particularly impressed with the professionalism I received from Steven (the service director) over in the service department. Steven was not only professional on the phone, but he just tells it how it is. Now, dont confuse the bluntness with being rude, because Steven is not rude. Anyway, while I love to do repairs on my own, for the jobs in which I cannot or I do not have the time to complete them, I want a competent shop that also cares about their customers, and I believe the Pacific Coast Highway Powersports is the the place that I am looking for. Even though they are farther than other shops, I will gladly make the trek if I know that I have a place that I can depend on to take care of me. The repairs that were made due to the recalled part were made quickly and in a timely manner meaning my motorcycle was returned in the estimated time given. Having the bike back after some time now, I havent experienced any problems. Nor were there any damages done to the paint or body work while the motorcycle was in their care. Lastly, the shop washed my bike before I returned to picked it up. Again, shout outs to Steven and the crew!

My headlight went out as I was on my way to work. Since I didnt want to drive back home after work at 1 am without a headlight I googled the nearest motorcycle shop. Before making this stop I was up the street at "Moto Club di Santa Monica" where they claimed they didnt have the bulb but of course only the expensive one and itll cost 3.5 hours of labor as they need to "take apart the front of my bike to install the bulb". I obviously googled the next place and was brought here I went to the parts department where I was help immediately. Bought the bulb for a mere $10. I asked if they can install and I was directed to the Service Desk There I met Steve. Steve understanding my situation told me that I can simply install it on my own and he will show me. He had me pull my bike around and proceeded to take out my old bulb and install the new one FOR FREE! This took him all but 5 mins and not just that, I was being taught along the way! Thank you Steve for being such a selfless person! This feels like a place where they care more about customer satisfaction so theyre long time customers rather than squeezing in labor for a dime like the other shop. I now understand why this shop gets such good reviews.

This was my first experience buying a 2 wheeler, and these guys were terrific. I live in one of the beach cities where traffic and parking is a major headache. I wanted a small motorcycle or a nice scooter, but wasnt sure which would be best for me. Michael and Arthur at PCHP were super nice and helped me sort out the right thing for me. They asked a lot of questions and showed me a bunch of options. They have a big selection and it can be overwhelming, but they narrowed it down with me based on how I will use it, my experience level, etc. I really wanted a Grom but based on the somewhat hilly terrain in my community, I ended up with a powerful Vespa so I wouldnt have to shift, plus it has anti lock brakes. They also helped my pick out necessary gear, fitting helmets and jackets and gloves. I dont think Ive ever been in any store that cares this much about doing the right thing for its customers. What a refreshing approach! If youre in the market, go to PCHP.

I cannot give enough stars to show how great my experience at PCH Powersports was. From Arthur on the showroom floor to the parts guys to Ed on the backlot to (last but certainly not least) Michael in the office, they all treated me well and helped me ride away with a new bike that Im more than thrilled to have. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, when making a big purchase I always want to know Im getting a good deal and that Im being dealt with in a fair and honest manner. The character that Michael and the guys showed was beyond even my highest expectations. PCH Powersports has made a customer for life. If youre looking for a new bike, service, or gear, you need not look any further. I look forward to coming back many times. Ill also say, theyve got great deals and great selection, and also were prompt and helpful when I reached out via email to begin the relationship.

Just purchased a brand-new Honda CBR. Rico was very helpful the place has a very knowledgeable staff. They worked on getting me a good deal on my bike and they offered free Diet Coke. I was on the fence if I was going to make a purchase but then Rico offered me a free Diet Coke. Let me tell you that really made the difference. They showed me a variety of models and makers and helped pick the perfect bike for me. They didnt push anything, they genuinely helped me find exactly the right thing for me. Not only did they find a great deal on my new motorcycle but offered me a refreshing beverage. I recommend Pacific Coast Hwy., Powersports for all of your motorcycle needs and for when you need a Diet Coke. Thanks Rico and thanks the rest of the staff.
