These guys are great. Fast, attentive and really know their stuff. I took my SV650 there 1 year ago right when I bought it. They did a full check and tuned it great. I did not have a problem with it since. It had a clutch issue when I bought it and they fixed it. They are not the cheapest but also not expensive - in my opinion the service, friendliness, and know-how they have makes theirs a great price for the value. I just bought a CBR 1000RR. They took it right in, tuned it, told me what was wrong, what was right and what needed fixing asap vs what could wait. Really honest. I strongly recommend this shop and I am in no way affiliated with them. Enjoy the ride.

i bought a bike here and Victor said it was a clean title, perfect condition. Had to return to the store multiple times to get the pink slip. Turns out to be a salvaged bike and I demand money back. He guarantees money in a few days. I CALLED VICTOR 1 HOUR BEFORE I CAME TO GET THE MONEY. He said he had it and all i had to do was come by and pick it up. When I got to the store he made me wait around for 30 min while he went on the computer. then pulls out his check book and writes me a check for half what he ows me and tells me its all he has. would never return phone calls and took months to get all the money back. BE VARY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY A BIKE HERE.

everyone here is very nice, very knowledgable, loves to ride, and seems very honest. but they dont do much work. expect to wait months to get anything done; it took them 3 months to fix my mirrors the last time i was in, and only because i started dropping by the shop regularly after about two months to ask what the hell was going on. i had asked for several other things to be fixed as well, but they didnt get around to any of it, so i got tired of waiting and just asked for my bike back... being nice matters, but if you dont do what youre paid to do, youre not much of a bike shop...

I received a letter from Aprilia regarding a simple recall that needed to be performed. I called Moto Club di and within a few days received a call from Diva informing me that the part was in. I arrived the following Saturday morning as recommended and Victor had the recall performed promptly. Rode home one happy fella. Must say that the organization and service received from both Diva and Victor was great, no miscommunication whatsoever and everything was clear and concise. Thanks Moto Club di for the great service, Ill be back to bring you repeat business soon.

I just had my first visit at this shop today because of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I have to say: I am impressed. I needed to get a rear tire change; dropped it off in the morning and they were done that very day. Not only did they change the tire, but they fixed my clutch lever, which I was having problems with, and I didnt even bring that up! Free of charge. And they cleaned my bike too. So awesome. The staff is very friendly and honest, they have a great floor set up, and the price is really affordable. Theyve won me over for sure.

Great Service, knowledgeable men! Wow! I initially made the mistake of trying some craigslist mobile service people for my 2005 Kymco 150 scooter. What a waste of time, and money that was. Dont do it. Go directly to Moto Club!! Moto Club got her put back together right, and were super friendly and caring. Who knows how to treat a scooter better than Italians! Made me feel safe and they knew all about my scooter!! So happy to have found them so close to me in Santa Monica!

I dropped of my 2002 Honda CBR in December 2007 for service. Apparently my motocycle was stolen at some point, says the manager. Its August of 2008 and they have not paid me a dime, amd dont seem to care. I dont recommend this shop, go somewhere that actually has shop insurance.

Brought my bike by w/o an appt due to (what I thought was) a broken tire pressure valve stem. These guys not only worked on it right away, they explained it was merely loose (not broken) and didnt charge me for their time or trouble. Solid customer experience all around.

Used to love this place - great guys, great service. But unfortunately, word has spread and now theyre always busy. Whats worse, I brought the bike in for a new tire and oil change and they completely forgot the oil change. They need more staff.

victor and the crew at Moto club have always been good to me and met all my expectations. In these rough times for a motorcycle shop to keep the doors open, no cuts in customer service have been made. Happy to have them in my town.

Staff doesnt greet you as you come in. The only good thing about this shop is that they did have what I was looking for. But, I didnt make a buy because of the pretentious vibe. Went to a friendlier shop in Culver.

i went in there to buy an odd ball size engine bolt that needed to be longer than what was on the bike for the AltRider RTW engine guard. They helped me look through their nuts and bolts bins.

I towed my 2014 FZ-09 to Moto Club to replace a cracked oil crankcase and install new Rizoma Turn Signals. Deva was very helpful with ordering the parts and managing the repair. Thank you!

Never burned me, never screwed me, never overcharged me as far as I can tell. Sometimes had to wait, but only because I was last one in. Im giving a high mark to compensate for a55holes.

They were supposed to replace my sprocket and chains. 1 week later nothing ordered..pure amateurs. Not sure how they stay in biz. And they broke my mirror. No shop insurance.

Bad, Pretentious vibe! Walk in, no one acknowledged me, walked around a bit, felt Uncomfortable and left. To shop owner, employees, be more friendly!

Good guys. Bought a bike and they took care of an odd glitch the bike had which was not seen at time of the sale or the test ride. Two thumbs up!
