Bad customer care / service. Bought RC battery and motorcycle headlight. The guy is nice at first but after you buy if there is any problem with the stuff you bought and you need to exchange or refund he will be very rude, unfriendly and refuse. He will tell you he said no exchanges or refunds which is not true. I had to argue with him for 30 minutes to get an exchange for only half of what I bought and I was short changed 5 bucks and left with something I didnt even need. Id recommend purchasing anything online vs in his store as you get good exchange / refund policys and better prices online. He obviously only cares about you until you have an exchange or refund, then after that you are on your own.

IM NEW TO RIDING I WENT INTO TO THE SHOP JUST TO LOOK FOR SOME GEAR THE MAN THAT WAS WORKING MENTIONED THAT HE HAD A GREAT DEAL GOING ON WHICH INCLUDED A HELMET, GLOVES AND JACKET. FIRST OFF IM NOT FAMILIAR WITH MOTORCYCLE GEAR BRANDS I PAYED 270 FOR A NIKKO HELMET, FULMER JACKET AND GLOVES. WHEN I GOT HOME I DID SOME RESEARCH ONLINE FOR THE BRANDS AND COMING TO FIND OUT THE NIKKI HELMET WAS $80, THE GLOVES WERE $35 AND THE JACKET $80 THATS $$195 WHERES MY OTHER $75!!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF ALL GEAR IS NON- REFUNDABLE. DONT GET ME WRONG GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUT I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

As a new rider I came in with 600 dollars in my pocket sincerely asking for help to find my first helmet and they sold me some crap that fell apart and literally broke in 3 different places within a week of mere parking lot , less than 10mph practice. truly unacceptable(just from putting it on and taking it off). In fact, I cant even find any information online on the helmet they sold me. My advice would be to just go try on the sizes and order them online yourself. throwing money at these guys wont help you.

great little store mom-and-pop hard working people making sure you get exactly what you need! if youre not going to this shop ,you dont know what youre missing !when you get in and just look up and see all the Beautiful jets. this place sells helmet professional radio control cars and anything you can just imagine. this is one store the internet cannot compete with!! good low pricing on everything I will definitely go back even to just visit

This place is awesome I bought motorcycle helmets and jackets great quality great prices the quality of the customer service is the best lots of information lots of one on one and honest attention ask for what your looking for and why if they have it youll get it if anything you may get something better for less go in with an open mind and ask questions you wont regret it.

The owner, Eric, does not keep his word, do work in a timely manner or stand behind his work. The repair and paint on my motorcycle is a complete joke. After paint began wearing off, he blamed me and told me to take him to court which is exactly what I am doing as I write this review. Stay away from this business unless you want shoddy work and aggravation.

I bought 2 fulmer helmets, gloves, and a jacket. They were a cheap starter set and I didnt expect much for the price. The helmet and the gloves broke within a couple weeks and the store owner was very helpful getting a replacement and free upgraded gear. I dont recommend fulmer products but this shop has excellent customer service and will go back again.

Today 12/24/16 I was in seach for a last minute gift the owner took the time to explain and show me the different helicopter models, there was 2 other customers there one purchase a drone and they were charging it so he could show the kids how to fly it. Definitely a place Ill be coming back to

This is the best rc shop that you can find all the help you need . Rc airplane , boat and cars , you name it . The owner has also a full line of bike accessories , helmet , protective gears and boots . Owner is always happy to help if you have any question .
