The repair costs and parts have always been very reasonable. The mechanic here gets it right the first time! This would be the best place in the Valley to get your non-harley repaired and serviced but for one small issue. The guy who takes the orders at the front desk consistently fails to write down on your order everything you want. So when he finally does call me to tell me bike is ready, which they sometimes forget to do so you have to check on it yourself, you arrive to find that they didnt do some of the work requested. But to access the great mechanic you have to go through this hassle. But for the money and quality of repair work I put up with the not so great customer service. Other places are worse! In my brain I wanna scream stop smoking weed and give a little care to what you are doing because you are driving away customers from an otherwise great shop!

Really needs to improve on customer service. The rep that answers the phone has a thick accent and at times its hard to understand him, started yelling will never bring any of my Suzuki bikes here. My bike is still under warranty was trying to figure out why the FI light come on of course have to bring the bike in. He was so bent on telling me that it would cost $85 bucks just to check the code if it wasnt covered. WTF hardly any labor and its a short process.GO TO Suzuki of North Hollywood better service.

They had great customer service very knowledgeable and actually took the time to find good parts I liked for as cheep as possible and explained everything really well parts seem to come in fast just wish they had a store closer to me because they have been better then the other shops in my area

Bought a bunch of parts for a GSXR buggy I was building. The guys were super helpful and gave me a discount on the parts because they knew they werent cheap. The main guy was a white guy with grey-ish hair. Really cool guy!

Pro: Close by, same prices as out of the city dealer Con: A lot of waiting around and attitude (absolutely not newbie friendly) buy a bike from them and do your service and part shopping else where
