The customer service and sales personnel here are on point. The staff and owner are very pleasant and eager to help. The facility is well organized and maintained as well. Im sure that if I was purchasing a bike I would have had an enjoyable experience. However, I did not come here to buy a bike. I came to get the18k mile servicing done on my S1000RR. Based on my experience (stated below) I will not be brining the bike back here, and do not recommend taking your bike here for servicing. Here is why: I brought my bike in for the 18k mile servicing. The bike had no mechanical issues when I brought it in, other than needing an oil change soon. The 8hrs that it took to accomplish this servicing was performed in a very expeditious manner; only taking 1 day to accomplish and the mechanic started almost as soon as I handed over the keys. However, the results were less than acceptable. After 30 miles of riding after the servicing I found oil streaking down both sides of the bike and down into the belly pan. The leak appeared to be coming from the top of the engine (where work was performed by the mechanic) so I returned the bike immediately. The leak was repaired free of charge because it turned out to be a bad/torn gasket that was replaced by the mechanic as required by the servicing criteria. However this repair took nearly a week to get done! I also noticed that one of my fairing fasteners had been replaced (not a big deal) but not with a fastener that is for an S1000RR. Upon inspection of fastener it felt really loose, but it appeared screwed in enough to make the trek home. It turns out the anchor clip had fallen off the fairing during all the servicing, wasnt noticed, and a random fastener was shoved in the hole for aesthetics ... until it rattled out on my test ride home. On top of all this, the mechanic took it for a 40 mile joy ride (to ensure it wasnt leaking anymore) and left just enough gas in the tank for me to make it to 2.5 miles until the "low gas" indicator illuminated AND the bike was dirtier at pick up than it was when I dropped it off!!!... thanks for all of that! Perhaps the whole oil leaking experience was a fluke and the represents a lapse attention to detail, but to have to pay 800 dollar for that and the little things is not acceptable in the slightest! If there was a mechanic whos skills match the rest of the staffs care, flexibility, and eagerness to please the customer then this place would get a 5 star rating all day everyday. However, when Im having to reach for my wallet to pay for poor quality maintenance at a premium price for a premium bike, it is a very easy decision for me to not bring my machine back here to you guys. Sorry Mamba, but the weak link in your chain is a glaring blemish on your otherwise stellar appearance. Change the link out and maybe we will do business again down the road.

Mamba did not rape me as I intended all dealers do,as a matter of fact the price i paid to have my GS1100R fixed was way less than the quote. Also the little things I noticed was there was some hardware replaced on my windshield without me knowing or being charged,Im very happy with that thank you.My bike was dropped by a moving company and so it bounced all the way to LA via Miami down the 10 fwy.Hell,and not to mention they gave me a military discount which was much appreciated. I will be back and tell my friends thanks Mamba your awesome!
