Great little motorcycle parts and apparel retailer. They have most of what you need, can order what they dont normally carry, and always have something on sale every month. No question ask on return item and defective items. Customer reps are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carried. What I dont like about Cycle Gear and my reason for not giving them 5 stars is their in-house brand (i.e. BILT) which seems to be on a low end and shows in their pricing. Almost 60% of the products in the store are BILT. If youre looking for quality gears, you only have about 40% of the merchandise to look at and check out. The highlight for Cycle Gear is their tire department. Theyll install a brand new rubber for you within short amount of time for about $20 (off the bike) plus misc. parts. Theyll not take the tire off the bike for you. But most places that do that will charge you $60-$80, which is ridiculous.

I came in initially to check out the Bell Race Star. Unfortunately, it didnt fit well at all for my head so I wound up buying a Shoei. I had the chance to wear it today and after about an hour I could not bear to have it on my head anymore. I went back in and exchanged it for an Arai. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying and the exchange. He was professional, courteous, and seemed to know a lot about the products. If the rest of their staff is even half as good as he was, then theyre doing something right at this place. Competitive pricing, large selection, (if its not in the store, they try their best to get it), and great exchange/return policy.

This is the place to go to for parts and accessories! Hands down! Theres not too much turnover of the staff. Every time I go, Im always greeted with a smile and lots of advice and help. The guys and girls who work here all ride, so you can always ask them questions. The most recent time I came here was for a lightbulb. One of the staff went above and beyond the Call of Duty, and helped me Wrangle that sucker in there. Getting a headlight bulb into a Japanese motorcycle can be interesting to say the least.super tight space. But the guy behind the counter came out to my bike, and spent about 10 minutes with me to make sure it was installed correctly. Top notch!!

I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD A SCORPION HELMET IN STOCK OVER THE PHONE AND THEY CONFIRMED THEY DID WHEN I SHOWED UP IT WASNT THE HELMET I WANTED THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS HELPING ME WAS SO QUICK TO TRY AND HELP ME FIND A HELMET SHE EVEN OFFERED ME TO DO AN ONLINE ORDER AFTER I DIDNT FIND ANYTHING THAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION THERE AT THE STORE AND SO I DID AND I WAS SO AMAZED THAT I RECEIVED THE HELMET VIA MAIL WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PUTTING IN THE ORDER!! IT WAS SO HASSLE FREE I KNOW WHERE IM COMING NEXT TIME WHEN I NEED NEW GEAR

It is not what a company does when everything goes smoothly that shows what good customer service looks like. I bought some 2cycle oil that cost $20 per quart. When I went to open it according to directions the top was unscrewed from the factory. It slashed all over me in the parking lot. I went in and suggested they make it good by charging the oil rep and comping me the oil. No go. What do you think?

Shopped for a ladies textile jacket and were assisted by "Scott" who was very professional and helpful. After we got home we discovered that the liner was missing and contacted Scott who located another liner and had it shipped to the local Cycle Gear shop. Very pleased with Scotts actions and his quick response to the problem! Great shopping experience!

the staff is OK, some more knowledgeable than others- I have tried 6 or 7 times to try and find simple things there, but have always left empty handed- they used to have great dirt parts and accessories, but now its terrible....they are about as much a motorcycle parts store as an automotive parts store......

Ive been shopping at Cycle Gear for many years. What I like is that I can usually get what I need. Thats from gear to supplies. If they dont have what you need, it can be ordered. Friendly staff and eager to help.
