I went here in desperation as the trike charger we bought for a friend is now discontinued and wont fit her trike. The plugs/connectors have been changed and are no longer made. Fred from Fun Riders, even though he obviously had a lot of work to do, sat with us and checked it out carefully. He advised us to buy an RCA connector and said he would doctor the existing lead and make it fit. We did that, he did it on the spot and the boss even offered us some water while we waited. Job done, very low cost. Nobody was rude to anyone so I dont understand the previous posts at all. They are Persian and anyone knowing Farsi should understand that their grammar comes out a bit brusque compared with English so you have to make allowances for culture. The guys were both very efficient and accommodating. Its a small business but wow, they have some fun machines in there!

Useless place. I came to them to fix my GoPed scooter. A guy tried several very "complex" things including: taking off filter and putting it back, taking off spark plug and putting it back, spraying Engine Starter Liquid into air-taking tube and riding it. After these things (of course) did not help, he told be "It is to hard. I can not fix it", and also "I do not know... Maybe it is carburetor" answering my question what he thinks is the problem, and went away. Recall what do they write about themselves: "Official GoPed dealer". Official dealer is supposed to be able to solve any problem (possibly, for big price, which I am OK with). They are not official dealers, they are shady guys who are not even going to help you, which I am going to report to GoPed. If you want something to be solved, consider going to another place.

No stars should be a option. These guys are crappy at what they "do". They pull the sales tactic of being nice to get you to buy their scooter. The warranty is only 3 months with no option extend it. Once you do buy the scooter? When your scooter breaks down, which it will. They say they will "fix" the problem, and not even give a receipt of repair for proof. These guys need to shut their doors.

I.asked the guy to but a 49cc pocket bike on hold for me and I went pick it up today to pay for it and he sold it after telling me he would hold it now.when I.asked him if he had another one he looked at me like I.was stupid and said no we dont and I just walked out bad service in my bookd

Bad customer service. Not nice and smoking while dealing with customers. Dont think I will be going back.
