I have been to this store two times (September 2016 and January 2017), with interest in the signs and 1:12 and/or 1:18 scale diecast motorcycles. The customer service there still STINK!!! The female there, who speaks with an accent, maybe British or Australian, had no knowledge of the product the first time around. The second time, approximately 1:00pm, she acted uninterested in helping me, with her hands in her pocket. She wasnt even trying to understand my question, as her replies were short and snappy! In a loud tone, I sarcastically said, "THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!" This was after the young hispanic guy was overzealous in telling me to not touch this and that, so to speak. He was nice. But I did not feel comfortable or wanted while I was tring to make a decision. I just walked out disgusted with the poor customer service. Ill try Anaheim or Huntington Beach in hopes they like my money there. THE HOLLYWOOD CREW NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Well, we waited for half an hour after 11am (when the store was said to be open) and the store never opened...WTF! Sounds like yall might want to reconsider your employees based on the other comments. I am in Harley stores all the time, they are always eager to help and are open when they say!!

This is a clothing store run by people who have never been on a bike and have no clue what the lifestyle stands for. Its sad to me that HD would hand out a franchise to just anyone.
