I took my Honda GoldWing motor Cycle for repair few times in the past. This would be my last time to ever go to that store. The staff are NOT friendly at all. I did not care about that. I only care I need my motor cycle to run as it should. I did not ride my motorcycle for little while. Because of that the battery was dead. Little I know about motorcycle, I tried to charge it. No luck. I bought a new battery and replace it, it did start few times but there was a gas leak. So I had to towed it. I was told there were multiple problems this and that bila bila blia. You know how it goes when you take you care to auto car repair shop. Needless to say, the guy at the service desk gave me a quote for cleaning calibrator and it would take 7 hours. So I had no choice but to agree to have it repaired. it took almost a month. After so many phone calls, my motorcycle was ready for pickup. When I got there, the gas key was falling apart. The service guy took it apart and it did not bother to screw it. I had to complain to have it put back the way it was brought to the shop. I am absolutely sure it was minor problem all it needed was fully charge and a little bit cleaning. However, the guy at the service desk ask me to pay $745. I had paid $120 for diagnose the problem and minus that he charge me $645. I paid and glad to leave that place forever. If there were an option, I would have given them 0. Be aware they are rip off and unfriendly staff and unreasonable. I had bad experiences.

I came in knowing what I wanted and gave Kim a sale. Couldnt have made it easier for him. Terrible salesman, doesnt follow up and forgot to order me a spare key multiple times. He clearly has to go off a script cause hes incapable of conversing with anyone. "Again, I truly apologize" was his go to line. I finally got the spare 5 months after the sale, its still not the write one, and Roger not Kim got it to me. As far as the service goes Im sure the mechanics are fine, however, Matt forgot to order parts at least once maybe twice. I would have been with fine with it but I needed the bike for transportation and he was flat out just blowing smoke. An apology would have done just fine. Also had a nice courtesy ride back to my apartment after waiting all day for a repair only to find out they didnt have the right tools/ and part to make the repair. During the ride I learned the problem is clearly coming from the top I also learned from other sources to not try to negotiate with the owner as he is only interested in the sale and not building a sound business rep. The owner from my own impression had no personal skills, lacked class; he was pretty boring with no sense of humor just a lot of bs on a platter. If your a regular there sounds like they treat you well but if not I wouldnt go.

After finalizing my deal with this dealership I can only say that this place is top notch! I work in sales and I know when a place is legit or not. I have purchased parts at this place and they have very aggressive pricing and they work with you! I recently sold my bike to them on consignment and have to say that it was the most hassle and haggle free experience I ever had dealing with a dealership. I tried to go to Del Amo Motorsports in Redondo Beach and they basically told me to kick rocks. I love the representatives they have working here at Pacific like Donnie the salesperson and Michael the manager who usually sits in the office in the back. They both are not pushy people and just tells you how it is which is a definite thumbs up for me as a customer. For anyone looking for a new or pre-owned bike come here and you will not be disappointed and youll get treated like a human being, not like that other "stealership" in Redondo beach that would rip your head off with a lot of remorse. Thank you Pacific Motorsports for just being one of the few dealerships that are still honest and have integrity. You will not be disappointed coming here!

I bought my bike here. Had my first service. Noticed my oil light was flickering off and on after. All of the techs were involved and told me it was safe to ride but they would like me to have the oil sensor replaced in my bike so that this stops. Overall - Friendly staff - The buying experience was great. I felt like I called the shots. They respected by due-diligence to shop around. They also gave me a better interest rate than my credit union. When I purchased after market parts and also a Scalia Headset the parts guy was great! He wired my helmet and headphones so I was bluetoothd before I left the shop. Rule of thumb when I was in customer service. 9 out of 10 customers will go out of their way to write a bad review. 1 out of the 10 will take their time to write a good one. Good place, Not a Del Amo where its just $$$ and used carsales man. These people like the sport and also participate in it.

I bought from these guys back in feb of 09, it is now july 10 and I am am still in a battle over what they did with my money!! I paid them for registration and they underpaid the DMV and kept the rest of my money! every time that I call and try to get my paperwork, i get cursed at (Im not over exaggerating) and I have to try and hold my temper back. I should have seen the red flag when I was trying to buy my bike, the sales guy (Ron, who says he is the general manager) got crazy on me when I asked him if he would install my trunk for me. But I still thought that he might come in handy later on down the line. I will NEVER make that mistake again. HE was the one that was cursing at me!! they take advantage of their clients and I have already filled a law suit against them, learn from the rest of us and stay FAR away from these guys, they have terrible customer service and I will NEVER recommend these guys to ANYONE!

I went for routine service on my motorbike, 09 KLR 650. Johnny was nice on the phone, said they had time to get me right in if I want it done now. I dropped it, went to the gym, came back picked it up. Mechanic Robert and a younger guy--didnt catch his name--followed the bike out and chatted. We compared notes about relative merits of tire pressures and brands. I found the staff very knowledgable, very helpful, very friendly. Im happy to have found a good nearby shop after moving to the area only a year ago. I will definitely go back if I need anything from an oil change, to tires, on up. I dont know what those other two ultra-bad reviews were talking about, but that is opposite to the good experience I had.
