Brought 2 Carburetors for 2007 Suzuki for cleaning, came back to pay and pick up. No big deal, simple request for $100 bucks. Called my buddy from San Diego to put them in, and upon inspection, THEY WERENT EVEN CLEANED!!! One plunger had a slow drag and the other was still sticking very badly with old gummy fuel still untouched. For a brief moment I tried really hard to maintain composure till I got to the bottom of this, and my mind went blank a few times because of blind anger. Calmly went back the next day to speak to the mechanic that was in charge of the clean up, he wasnt there conveniently. The other mechanic that I saw there earlier mentioned they were good previously, said he now wasnt sure and it was the "other" mechanics fault. Manager Israel (who was there each time I was there and was in charge of my transaction) said it needed minimal work and was good to go, was now uneasy. Directly requested my money back, and my cash was promptly returned. I declined on the second chance to make a first impression to do the job right the first time around, the second time. Like I would trust them to even put all the pieces back, and later blame me after I installed it as being "the dumb customer right?!" Well, I cant help but think this way after a poor buying experience. Pissed off because: 1. Paid for services not rendered 2. Wasted my buddies time and mines 3. No accountability I feel too paranoid from this transaction, and my shady senses are tingling. Sam

I took my 82 honda in for a tuneup and carb rebuild. I got a call that there was a problem with the carbs. When I got there the butterfly shaft on one pair of carbs was bent so bad it wouldnt go back in. They said it was like that when they openned it. The problem with that statement is the bend was in the middle of the shaft where its supported by the carbs. Impossible to happen while in the carbs. Very possible to step on it or drop something on it when its in a box of loose parts, which is how they showed it to me. When I went to pick up the bike the tach cable was laying on the ground and damaged. (wasnt like that when I brought it in.) They used rtv instead of gaskets to seal the cam cover, the rtv was oozing down the sides, I wonder if they got any inside the motor. (the cover leaked, it didnt when I brought it in.) The owner seemed unwilling to correct the carb problem. When I first picked it up they said they got it corrected but the choke wouldnt work at all. I took it back to get the problem fixed, and it does run a little better but the choke on one pair of carbs is always on. After the bike is warm it idles at 3000 rpm and you can smell/see the raw fuel coming out of that pair of cylinders. Bottom line? I wouldnt let the M & C crew fix my schwin. Go to House of Handlebars or LB. Motorsports. No language barriers and they stand by their work. Tony

STAY AWAY!!!! DROPPED MY BIKE!!!I took my bike there last summer for an electrical problem. After about a week I went back to pick it up and the a$$holes were gonna let me ride out without telling me they DROPPED MY BIKE!!! The gas tank was damaged, the seat was misaligned, the throtle grip was damaged, and the turn signals broken. The tank was previously damaged so I paid half on that repair but everything else they agreed to pay. Over a month later came back to pick it up and found it with paint drips and spots and it was still damaged. Also, what kind of shop cannot find a correct throttle grip??? Idiots!!! Came back again over a month after that and actually took it home. They told me it was full of gas. It was nott. I ran out. I filled it up and found it the next morning leaking fuel from the side of the tank WTF??? took it back and finally got it a couple weeks ago. 6-7 MONTHS TO FIX THE DAMAGED THEY CAUSED!!! and still, the turn signals do not match exactly and the bike looks abandoned!!! I tried telling them I was not happy because of the wait and the jerk tried to make himself look like the victim stating it was like "a thorn" in his side! Who the heck cares idiot! YOU DROPPED MY BIKE!!! Will never go back!!!

1986 Harley Davidson FXRS issues: • Bike tipped damaging master brake cylinder and lever, brake fluids drained out. • Oil leaks in 2-3 places • Low idle Outcome: • Bike kept 14 days while parts were sourced • Carburetor repaired • Master brake cylinder installed Resolution: • Bike did not start when picked up. Idle was keyed extremely high to mask low idle . issue. • Rebuilt engine (< 200 miles, rebuilt carb) o Carb did not require repair o Parts sourced from Pacific Cycles who confirmed work done wrong o HB Hogs reassembled carb and diagnosed leak sources • I replaced rocker box gaskets, transmission main seal, front cylinder base gasket, and front fork seals for less than $30 • 2/3 the repair cost ($200) was refunded to me out of the $300 total. o Attempted to resolved with manager Israel in two phone calls with no resolution. o Filed dispute with card service provider, which manager Israel opposed. o Provider ruled in my favor and refunded $100 Outcome: I had the work inspected by two garages both in consensus that repair work was not done properly and needless repairs were attempted. It was 7 weeks from the initial date that I received a full refund.

To be as fair as gentelmenly possible my 1988 Kawasaki KLR 250 sat for 19 years and needed a carb rebuild and new fuel lines. "Quoted at 150.00". COOL! …This bike was covered and only has 1,000 miles on it. I opened up the carb prior and used carb cleaner on it discovering the floats were functional (NOT STICKING) But failed to complete the task of getting the bike running. I would like to add I changed the oil and flushed the radiator. The battery I bought in 013 was dead as well. So a new battery priced @ 60$ + 150 plus labor + clutch cable lubed and front break adjusted was completed in one week @ a coast of 400.$. I road the bike home :) "It runs" (BUT) is pouring gas out of the bottom of the carb and the shut of valve to the gas tank. So I took it immediately back and got a word of honor it would be fixed. by the following Tuesday. NOW 3 weeks into it I take the bike home and the PROBLEM IS UNRESOLVED! STILL LEAKING GAS!!! :( I feel BURNED ): So now I have to take it somewhere else and have someone else complete the job these guys charged me 400$ to do. SORRY GUYS BUT YOU SUCK!!!

I took my 97 gixxer cause it was runing pretty bad i was having problems with my charging system, carbs and a whole lot more stuff going on. Im also a mechanic but i just dont have the time and the place to work on my bike, i knew all the problems my bike had at the time i took it to this shop. (TO BE HONEST I DONT TRUST ANY SHOP CAUSE I KNOW HOW THEY WORK TO MAKE MONEY, BEEN AROUND THEM FOR A WHILE I WORK AT A SHOP MYSELF) but i said what the heek! let me try them see what they come up with. Well guys not more or less they told me exactly what was wrong with my bike and everything else that it needed, from bumper to bumper lol....at a pretty fair price, Pablo explains everything very detailed and hes constantly calling you letting you know the outcome of the situation. Now my bike is running nice and smooth i will recomend my friends to this shop, Dont let the location of the shop fool you, great servce THANKS guys Pablo, Beto, Joel and the rest of the crue. Cs@R M.
