Great shop! Took my Softail Heritage for a rear tire, the mechanic named Joe saw there were a lot of things wrong that were overlooked by the Dealership and other Mechanics. To give you details, the spokes on my bike needed to be tightened, but had not been done and were overlooked at the Local Tire shop and Dealership. The Rear Suspension had been cranked down so much, there was no bounce in the spring (too much preload). He set it back to 0 Preload, which made the bike run like a dream again. noticed how worn out the pads and rotors were, so has replaced those.... basically, this guy went over the whole bike with a fine tooth comb. I trust them, Ill be going back for more!

We were there about 20 mins and seen 3 employees, not 1 asked if we needed help. They just lost a customer ready to purchase a ride, $ on hand. Found a bike we loved but made a decision to not purchase there once we notice employees would look at us and look away. I guess it was too early to sell a bike lol! Horrible service!

FINALLY FOUND A GREAT SOURCE FOR QUAILITY USED LATE MODEL PARTS FOR WHICH I BUY A LOT AND FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY WILLING TO ACCOMADATE AS WELL AS JUST PLAIN GOOD PEOPLE NOT TO MENTION THE PRICES WERE GREAT MUCH THANKS TO YOU ALL AT LA MOTORCYCLE
