Review for customer service and pricing. Sales Representative that helped me: Nicholas Ramirez Finance representative: Ryan Bike purchased: new CBR300r non abs black. Amount: $4850 (bonus bucks used to drop to $4650). Positives: + when searching online, price was lowest offered. Compared to motounited in la habra, this place beat them in the start even with the discounts offered at motounited. + service is very friendly and welcoming. Great customer service by the team selling accessories. Great communication, offers the best tips without trying to sell you the most expensive products. + Nicholas was pretty helpful in trying to negotiate the best deals this place can offer. He kept his cool and smiled throughout the whole time. + Ryan was patient and understanding with all the paperwork. He tried his best to answer all questions, made sure I understood everything, and kept his cool throughout the whole process. Negatives: - I dropped a star because the sales team could improve on their communication. 1st offer was at $4818. Then I negotiated to drop to 4650 with addition of $200 bonus bucks. When deal came, ended up being tricked and said $200 was applied already to the price of bike in the deal offered. What a shame. -Overall, I appreciate Nicholas for trying his best to get me a good deal, but because of his miscommunication, it made me end up paying an extra $200 (he did offer an apology, but that doesnt make up for the loss). I would have appreciated it if there was more effort to make sure there was mutual understanding about the deals. Since it was not written on paper at time of signature, anything spoken by word of mouth becomes invalid. -the $200 was the bonus bucks that was supposed to be offered to me to use for accessories, which Nicholas said I would be able to. But when the deal came, he said it was already priced into the motorcycle. I ended up paying more here for my bike than what I couldve gotten at motounited in la habra. (But they had the color I wanted here) - I have to wait until the following week (Tuesday) to get my motorcycle even though I purchased, since they are working on fixing it due to a recall regarding the crank. But I searched online and that recall was made back in 2016. Ill presume the parts werent available yet. However, nothing was offered for the delay. Consider: ***whatever you agree to in your agreement/deal, make sure its written on the paper. ** dont hesitate to ask questions. Make sure youre getting what you agreed to. *the price they offered, at least for the cbr300, was the best I could find in OC. *the extended warranty is offered by a 3rd party (aegis powersports). Not sure of their rating, but Im giving it a try. *the bonus bucks will be applied to your Out The Door price if you dont say anything. Make sure you get it written down on paper that you get your bonus bucks in addition to the price you pay for the motorcycle.

Buyer Beware! In my opinion, this place had poor salesmanship and rip off prices. I recommend that anyone interested in a bike from this place should check Nada Motorcycle Guides and the Kelly Blue book for motorcycles before sitting down to discuss prices. I did both so I would be a more educated consumer. Today, June 20, 2015, I brought in thousands of dollars in cash for the price recommended by both guides, put the cash on the table with the guides to show for proof and to let them know that it was a serious offer, and they wouldnt even budge one bit from their asking price. They let me walk out with my cash in hand, didnt try to negotiate, and I didnt look back. Addendum: Heres an update to this experience. I sent them a message to express my disappointment and to let them know about this review and they called me back minutes later. The representative, who is dismissive of the relevance of Kelly Blue Book and Nada Guides, which is to educate consumers of fair market value so we dont get ripped off by unscrupulous individuals, claims they just sold the bike at their asking price, a claim which I certainly did not and do not believe. Not only could they not sell me a bike, they couldnt sell me a lie either.

I came in with over a 1/4 down payment of the OTD price and a helmet ready to buy a bike but left motorcycle-less, with a hard inquiry on my credit report, and FIVE AND A HALF HOURS of wasted time. First off they did not have the bike that was listed on their site in the color i wanted. No excitement or genuiness was shown during any of the (attemped) purchase. No willingness to communicate with other departments, or sense of urgency for my time was put forth. During the whole process i felt like they didnt even want to sell me a bike even though i was practically throwing expendable money at them, and almost zero attempt to work towards a deal. Overall terrible customer experience which sucks because Ive always had stellar service from the parts and accessories department. I will not shop here anymore.

Those guys are great! I got my bike last week, I asked them about financing and the worked with me to get me a good interest rate, I dicided to pay it upfront , just personal preference. I was there with my pet everybody was so friendly. Just to mention one more thing, I got a 2017 honda rebel and those bike dont come with accessories and when I asked for the price, they said they sell msrp, hb honda motorsports cant change prices, I think this says it all! Go there!

Great Dealership. Best selection of new Honda Motorcycles in town. Service Department is very helpful on the phone. I called twice and they took the time to explain how I could fix something on my bike and didnt try to sell me anything. I ended up bring it in to them because they said they could knock it out real quick, and they did.

Went with these guys for some very expensive parts because they had the best price. Parts turned out to be rather difficult to obtain in a timely fashion and these guys went the extra mile and provided exemplary service too. Its not often you find a place with the best price AND best service.

service dept is lost! had to rebuild my bike 3 times and still has the same problem. i gave up and took it to another dealership. they are expensive too! ask around they have a terrible rep. wish i would have known this info before i took it there!
