Id give zero stars if I could but unfortunately I cant. I had come in to get a new battery for my moped, lady that works the front desk sold me a bikemaster battery for 100 bux, she gave me a whole spiel about this battery is nice because its gel and blah blah blah, I thought this was quite pricey since my motorcycle costs way less for a battery so I asked what the return policy is on it. She told me I have a 30 day money back guarantee. I get home and google the price of the battery and bikemaster sells this battery for 33 bux on amazon with free shipping!! So I come back in to return it and now the return policy has all of a sudden changed to exchanges only. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Major major rip off!!

I had a wonderful experience there today but will reserve full comment after delivery, but whatever problems they seem to have had before cant possibly be applicable to the place I visited today. I have no remorse at all about my purchase, and usually theres something between payment and delivery for me with something like this. Ill write more later after my scooter shows up though. I dont want to jinx myself. :)

This place is a complete rip off in every aspect. Yea, I get it the mopeds are Chinese made and you get what you pay for but ripping off people for MINOR repairs?! They tried to charge me nearly $300 for a back tire replacement? So crazy. That just tells me that everything is overpriced. I will no longer pay for anything from this company. Ever!

This establishment has an F rating with the BBB. I bought a scooter from here and two months later I regret it. Terrible quality, is already having major problems and this place charges WAY too much for repairs and even maintenance packages. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to NoHo Scooters or Flyboy Motorcycles in Canoga. This place needs to be shut down.

The customer support is horrible and not very friendly. I read the other review and know agreed with them. And do not believe that bull that they are under new management excuse their is no reason to treat customers that way.

AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY SCOOTER WHAT THEY WILL TELL ME... NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
