Beware of their advertised prices. i went there to look at a used scooter they advertised on craigs list. When I arrived, I found out they add dealer prep fees to USED vehicles. So, if you think youre going to be knocking something off that price they posted on craigs list, forget it. Youll find out once you get there that the price is actually more than the one advertised. No negotiation either. At one point I was even willing to pay their craigslist price and they told me that I would absolutely have to pay the full unadvertised dealer prep fee. In fact they told me that the dealer prep fee should be higher and that I was getting a break. I guess that was how they negotiate. Believe me, I didnt feel like I was getting a break. And then they actually told me that if I were interested in any other vehicle on the lot they would negotiate. I guess I was supposed to believe that I picked the ONE vehicle that they dont negotiate on... and it was a USED SCOOTER, not even a Harley. The salesperson said they had been trying to sell this scooter for six months. I can see why!

Tight turn on busy street to get into parking. I got there before they opened and parked in a stall by the building. Inside there is plenty of motorclothes! staff was decent, parts guy was hilarious and very helpful. They had a popcorn machine set up and when I walked by it had pop corn....from the day before. That was kinda gross. It wasnt like it was just mad and there was popcorn smell in the air,no it had been there from the day before. ok,pass on the pop corn. I went outside to find that the staff had moved all the used bikes out in the lots and blocked my bike and another bike with the used bikes and then set up orange cones! Really? I think that was pretty rude after all I had been there for some time and they could have come search me since there was but maybe 10 customers in the store but they just parked the used bike blocking me and another bike in the stall.

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY, ANOTHER DEALER WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME 1500$OFF THE PRICE FOR VETERANS, NOT THIS PLACE THEY CLAIM YOULL GET A BREAK BUT YOU GET NOTHING.. Was told I would get a discount for being a Disabled Veteran, not 1 Cent was given to me by this dealer!!! Plus walked out paying way more then BB value for this bike, if it wasnt what I was looking for I would have Travelled Up To 500 miles just not to have to work with this dealer again... Think before you go here, manager doesnt cut any breaks.. Theres several Harley Dealers off the 91 freeway I will be traveling to even though this one is only 1 mile from my house...

My Cousin (Mike Vasquez ) brought me here and said these guys are good ...he was right! I took home my road king that night ,few months later I took my buddy Ernesto aka the" Chef" he took home his glide awesome deal --down to earth guys -- Not pushing crap on you or sell you something you dont want. Hands down " Harbor City Harley Davidson" I Will always tell my friends to come here ..

Bought a new Street Glide from Ca Harley.. the salesman was great.. he will bend over to help you.. just dont take your Bike back to them for service.. they cant even do a simple oil change without it leaking.. and forget them ever washing it.. I kind of feel like I am out here all alone now... wonder where to take my SG for servicing .. a little over 1000 miles, and where to go?

I was there for repair work And they got me in with no appointment were very nice to secure my helmet (which I forgot) and did the work with highest level of professism that I have ever received from a Harley Davidson dealer in my 25 years of Riding California Harley Davidson thank you for my Dyna low rider the best motorcycle I have ever owned

this dealership has the best prices for a bike. dave will bend over backwards to get you on the bike of your dreams. even though its 120 miles from my home, i still go there. have bought 3 bikes from them. its not the ride, its saving money and getting what i want. the best for you guys

Came in to upgrade my bike. They wouldve known that but since they didnt even say hi or anything I just left. Not helpful at all. Looks like they cater to people who come in on their bikes. Came in with the wife instead of my bike and not even a look my way. Going to del amo instead.

Terrible customer service. Paperwork was incorrect and we still cant register the bike. It has been 4mts. We have contacted the GM he has yet to respond. The title showed up here with a name on it that was not mine!! and we are still waiting on tags and plates. Dont go there.

The service writer and mechanic were both very helpful explaining what needed to be done to my bike even though I just brought it in for a front tire. And everything they told me I already knew was needed to be done. There was no pressure sales
