I am so very disappointed in the low level of customer serves displayed at Cycle Gear Lomita. The assistant store manager Amanda was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. I do not like the attitude and the air of self importance the employee Amanda exhibited in her dealing with me. She does not know the meaning of customer service and she should not be an employee at Cycle Gear Lomita or any where else. The young people of today are discourteous and have the attitude that they are entitled to be bad-mannered. I am very disenchanted in the youth of today. I will not shop at Cycle Gear.

My master link broke on PCH just before closing time on a Sunday evening. I was near this Cycle Gear so I called them up but instead of answering my call they picked up the phone and hung up on me immediately. I stayed the night with some family in the area and in the morning I called again, the person on the phone said they had a master link that would fit my chain. When I arrived and they looked through their bin of master links (which was half empty) they informed the that they do not have the master link... they offered to sell me a $100 chain instead. What a waste of time.

I went to CycleGear looking for the Bell Star, which Devin helped me order from the store catalog because they didnt carry it in store. When I went to go pick up the helmet. I tried it on while in the store and it was fine but a few days later i used it for the first time and the visor would pop off while riding. I took it back to Cycle Gear and Katrina was able to help me get it exchanged with out a hassle. I really appreciated the effort they put in.

Super place and people: Devin and James are superstars in the store. Whether they are busy with client or not, as soon as you step in you are getting the greeting and smile right away. Super helpful, listen to what you want and help you choose or just browse around. Lomita is the store I go back to regardless it is en route or not, I think that tells it all.

Jake and Amanda are THE BEST when it comes to customer service...their friendly attitude and knowledge of the products makes me feel really welcomed and confident that I have the right gear when I ride with my buddies.

Amanda gave the best customer service, she was very helpful. My boyfriend Josue was very happy with her customer service. We will be returning to Cycle Gear often to continue our shopping. =)
