No Hassle, no sales pitch, no push and no B.S. I saw a truck I wanted on one of their Craigslist advertisements. I walked into their air conditioned warehouse and was directed to the vehicle. I was left alone to look at the truck as I desired but someone was never more than an earshot away for a question. I dont like when salesmen hover over me and push information (some of which is B.S.), then push a drive, then push a sale and payments. My questions were answered as asked and unanswered questions were looked up and verified with sources such as carfax. I was given available finance options and then the choice was mine. They directly called a lender that I had a good standing with on a previous car to get me a good finance rate. I plan to buy from them again. Thanks guys.

Professional Window Cleaning

I would give Tom 10 stars if I had the option. Wonderful man with a great passion for his business! We text him on a Sunday, simply checking to see if a truck was available. He responded quickly and met with us about 30 minutes later. We test drove the truck, and it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. I asked Tom for financing, and he got us financed super fast. You cant find a nicer or better car salesman than Tom! Thanks again Tom! Love the truck!!!

Tom, the owner of Valley Motor Company, was absolutely incredible. I drove 6 hours to look at a car this morning and he was so helpful, answered every question I had, and was completely fair and honest. This was unlike any other car buying experience I had prior. There was absolutely no stress or feeling like I was being pressured. I could not be more happy with my new car, and my experience today. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The wife and I found a vehicle that we were interested in and drove up to the business to visit with Tom. We ended up bringing our 1 year old and Tom totally went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He didnt push us in any way, was very patient, and the vehicles that he has are clean and well kept. We were able to purchase with confidence and am very happy to do business with him. They are Military friendly as well!

2 stars for the quality of vehicles they have, 1 star for the presentation of the vehicles. -2 stars for the salesmen being rude a d overbearing. I felt judged and dismissed after 3 minutes of conversation, the salesmen wouldnt let me get a word in for a conversation without shouting over me. Nice cars, rude staff.
