When you drive up youll see a place that doesnt look like a car dealership, and if youre like me that might be a good thing. I dont relish buying and selling cars; Im nottt good at it - I dont know a lot about it, cars dont interest me, so I totally him fit the "blonde gal" stereotype, which I realize, and I hate. For someone like me tho, Goldies was so perfect and I guess Id recommend it to anybody common but Im really speaking for folks like me who were in that category of "potential intimidated." John, Best Car Dude Ever, struck the perfect balance in sensing my knowledge and experience level (lack therefore) and accommodating my ignorance, yet not being in anyway patronizing or condescending. He was so nice. Very informative; funny and very helpful and especially seeing as how I was brand-new to the area, I asked a lot of questions about Phoenix and he was the perfect person to bounce some things off of on what was one of my first few days in town. But also not OVERLY chatty (think used car salesman stereotype) because also if youre like me, thats the quickest way to chase me off a sales floor! I think he also sensed that time was of the essence. Actually it it was as if the folks there sensed exactly what was going on; even somehow as if they knew that it was a rough period in my life and getting a new car was not exactly a fun treat or something that I relished doing that day. The whole staff was exceptional too. Even the little things like not making fun of me when I guiltily/shyly asked if I could have another Dr Pepper and they hurried to unlock the antique pop machine to grab one. And as I said, I make no bones about being the stereotypical blonde gal/not into cars etc. etc., and I think ultimately I made a lot of extra work for them when I turned out to be kind of a headache about something… You wouldnt know it tho because they were so super nice about it. The last thing Ill say is that when they say that theyre a family business, I just dont think thats hyperbole or lipservice. Im a real cynic, but honestly John said multiple times, as well as Adam the owner, that if I had any trouble… ANY trouble to call them. As in common every day just being new in town and needing help with something, or needing advice on a good restaurant, stop on by kind of thing. So many times people say that and you know theyre being insincere. But these guys arent being insincere; there actually just really invested in providing that kind of customer service, I think. Im from Seattle so Im astounded to see that sort of thing but Im learning that people in Phoenix are pretty nice :) oh yeah and I love my car. And Im indifferent about cars and I still love it! I cant believe that Im writing a glowing recommendation about a car dealership, who is this person?? But I was just so happy with the experience this place blew me away. What a surprise! This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. We went in to look at a Nissan Rogue because we were on this side of town. We actually live about 45 minutes from Goldies. We were very impressed to first find the entire showroom is inside! So all of the cars were protected from weather and looked very nice. We were able to test drive the Rogue by ourselves. My wife and 2 year old daughter were with us as well. After test-driving the car (which we were very impressed with), we came back and started going over some numbers with Allyson. It looked as if we werent going to be able to make the vehicle work in our budget. However, we made mention that we would be willing to trade in our current vehicle if we could get the right deal. They made a very generous trade-in offer (we had been to other dealerships and werent even interested in trading in up to this point). The trade-in put us exactly where we wanted to be along with the super low interest rate they were able to get for me. During this time our 2-year old was having a blast watching cartoons on the big screen! We then decided to close the deal. We arrived at the dealership a little after 1pm and were completely done and on the road by 3:30pm! Talk about painless car buying! And on top of all of this they paid to have 3 new tires installed at Discount Tire in Goodyear as 3 of the tires had low tread on them. And they held our down payment check for a full week to give us time to make sure our funds were fully there (and called before they deposited it). So professional! No sneaky sales tactics, no high pressure, no haggling back and forth on rates and prices...just straightforward and honest. I never thought I would actually recommend an auto sales place, as every place Ive been to had something about it I didnt like...but I would recommend Goldies without any reservation! They have an incredible selection of cars. Everything from budget friendly to luxury. So regardless of what you are shopping for, check them out! You will be very impressed.

Quality Vehicles/Family Owned I traded in my (mint condition) sports-car because I needed more space. The 4 door sedan Adam & Allison put me in, was clean & affordable. Also, I was told the vehicle had a clean carfax. Well, after I have signed all the purchase, finance papers, etc. they hand me one more paper to sign. A buy-back disclosure....no worries, they tell me, a buyback means the dealership bought the vehicle back & has fixed any issues. The car is still under warranty, so, nothing to worry about. Lately, Im finding I need a larger vehicle with ample storage. The dealerships I have been visiting tell me that my trade-in is worth less due to the branded title. Hmmm...I call Goldies & speak with Allison regarding this situation with my trade-in. Sadly, communication broke down and being anxious to purchase, I end up at a less than reputable small dealership. I close the deal but, Im left loosing several thousnd dollars on my trade-in and get caught in a dependable, but older model, high mileage car. Well...heres where it gets better with Goldies... When (owner) Adam Greenberg finds out @ my dilemma he contacts me immediatley, very apologetic and anxious to rectify the situation. Unfortunatley, he cannot unwind my existing deal, but he reimburses me the amount of money I lost on the trade-in. More importantly, Im assured that when Im ready to purchase my next vehicle, Goldies will move mountains to get me into the right suv for me...impressive...I plan on taking them up on that! Ive always said that all businesss have customer service issues. Its how that business addresses those issues that reflects the character & integrity of that business. On that note...Goldies gets 5 stars! (maybe 6!) In short, I recommend Goldies. If, for some reason any issues do arise... make sure you get Adam or Jeff to address them. They really care about their reputation & customer satisfaction - A rarity these days.

WOW, BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Micah responded to my initial email very promptly and was friendly and offered a low interest rate and wanted me to test drive. I was there at the dealership later that day to meet Micah and check out the Honda Fit. I went in and soon met Micah who showed me the car and let me take it for a spin. Micah is super nice and chill by the way. They let you check out the car and test drive alone which is relaxing. The woman (I forget her name) at the front desk was very nice and made sure I knew a good route to test drive the car because she asked if I knew the area and I said no. They gave me the keys and let me take it for a spin, everything was great on the test drive. On the way out for the test drive I met Adam who was taking pictures of another car. Adam is super nice and also from my home state! After the test drive, I came back inside and Adam took me into Micahs office. We sat down and began talking and making a deal. There was NO pressure the entire time so far and No pressure the entire time I was there, such a relief lol! Micah listened to my requests and concerns and he made everything so perfect! Adam would stop by and we would all crack jokes and laugh a lot! I didnt even feel like I was buying a car, they are a family owned business and you really get that feeling! We made a deal, and after a phone call and some paperwork we were finished, just like that. They all thanked me and gave me the keys to my new car!! So simple and painless, why didnt I discover this place sooner! I saved a bunch of money by coming here, and got a beautiful car! They even let me trade-in my old clunker, I didnt think they would even take it. I recommend Goldies Motors to anyone in need of a new car!! Thank You Micah, Adam, and family ,you have earned a customer for life!!!
