TERRIBLE! PLEASE READ! I bought a car from this place the end of August. Right as I was about to drive it off the lot, I noticed a bunch of lights were on the car (including check engine,air bag,tire pressure)which werent there during my test drive.They tried to tell me it was because they had just done emissions but then the lights continued to be on there the next day. My car also stopped the same day in the middle of the road. The next day I tried to return my car before the loan went through(which they were pushing me to complete telling me a lady will call about "customer service")and the owner who claims to be a "Christian" said I was unable to do so and that i had to give him time to fix it. After dragging the repairs out over about 2 weeks they got the light all off. Fast forward a few months and surprise my car is not running at all and most the lights back on! I had several mechanics look at my car who informed me my car was in a bad crash at some point and almost everything under my hood is from a junk yard (even though the car fax they provided said no accidents).There was an issue with my plates and after my mom (Donna review below) wrote a review they claim to have paid $500 for me to get my plates I would just have to pay them (now i know the real reason they did this).Eric has emailed me every single day asking for a payment on that and I write them an email telling them they need to do something about this POS car they sold me and of course NO RESPONSE!!! Its literally one thing after another. They are extremely unprofessional. This has been my worst experience EVER! Im about to have a newborn baby with no car and $300/month car payments I dont do something about it. I will definitely be escalating this because it is unfair how they are ripping off customers. After reading the numerous bad reviews on here something needs to be done. I wish I would have read these before hand. Please spread the word and dont let this happen to your family/friends!

At first impression, the gentlemen here seem like great guys. Theres still a big part of me that wants to say theyre good guys, because theyre very good at putting up that facade. The problem here is that they sold me a car that I happily bought, and had no doubts about, because they seemed like such gentlemen. Two days later, the check engine light comes on and they say theyll fix it. They then blamed it on me driving it too heavily and, over the course of 3 days when they had the car, ran the mileage up 200 more so that it was no longer covered under the Arizona Lemon Law. I was also tricked into signing a document that had FALSIFIED miles on it, so that I would be outside of the Lemon Law. I told them to take their car back, and they could take whatever for the repair, just as long as I got my $3000 deposit back. Long story short, they claimed I had breached contract and REFUSED to give me a DIME of my money back. Im a student at ASU, $3000 is no small sum, it took me a year to save that, and they took it in the flash of an eye, and had no regrets. Theyve since threatened to sue me, which again I have no money for, if I attempt to contact them further. All in all, they are BAD people who will make you feel good, but will ultimately try to pull a fast one on you. Its sad this place is so close to ASU, because theyll undoubtedly take advantage of another poor student like myself. Dont even humor the vehicles they have here, and dont listen to any stories they have to tell.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The individuals that work there Eric and Adrian are two of the worst people. I dont know how they can stand lying to people and how these two individuals still hold their jobs. My son purchased a vehicle from the dealership in May and as of this day, he has not received his License Plate. I am co-signer for his vehicle and I have been calling since before his temporary tag expired, and their excuse for every call i made was "give it a few days, it should be in the mail". Week after week i called same excuse. I called a few days ago Adrian the sales person informed me to call on Monday after 9a it should be in. I had been busy so i didnt call that day. Today i called after 3, talked to Adrian...put me on hold for about 3 minutes, than he said he call me in 5 minutes. suprise, surprise he never called after almost and hour, so I called the dealership and guess what everyone....NO ANSWER!! Tried several times already, still no answer. These people are nothing but liars, and dishonest people! Everyone is better off purchasing vehicle’s at a well known dealership that has been doing business for years and years.

I walked in there thinking Eric and Phil could help me and they did very friendly and great at what they did. Pulling the wool over peoples eyes. They lead you to believe they are outstanding and representable company. I bought a car from them and was told that they would fix the check engine light issue but all they did was reset it. Also Eric broke the convertible top and then just said we will fix it and didnt fix that either just sent me to another guy who keeps saying will be getting the parts but never has fixed it. Going to seek legal advice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Bought a honda odyssey last month and I had a great experience dealing with Eric and Phil. A couple of days after I had bought the car I found some issues with the A/c relay and battery. They asked me to bring the car back, they then took it to a honda dealer to get repaired and they set me up with a free rental car while I waited for it. When the car was done they even dropped it off at my house.. You dont get that kind of service from a used car dealer. I highly recommend.

I purchased A vehicle from these people because I my car was needing repair after repair not knowing the vehicle I purchased from them would need repair after repair. So to make things short If you want to buy a car make payments and pay for repairs this is the place to go. Also I purchased the extended warranty from them thinking that I would be covered what Joke that was.They are as evasive and dishonest as the people who sold me the car.
