So i got my car stolen and went to buy one from them when i got the car the cigeret light didnt work the head light didnt work the truck didnt work it had cheap cover up type paint on it so whem it rained i could see all the marks the driver mirror was busted i had to point out the front window was busted before they offered to fix it which it cannot pass safety broken so they made me come back to wait while they fixed it them gave me a 6week dealer tag till they called me for my plate which they didnt do until the day my dealer tags expire then had the nerve to tell me i have to take my car to their lot so they can take it for a vin inspection which me and my 2year old had to wait for 30 minutes while he took really took my car to get smogged and safety then when he return he must of realized the they never fixed tue driver mirror and pull my car into the car which them i had to wait for them to replace it (with one that the mirror is a funhouse style mirror) after which the guy got back into my car and revved the engine (turbo) so the 2 other guys can check it out and also adjust my air flow for my ac them when i ask about how im getting my plates tomorrow when i wont have a valid tag and instead of giving me a 1 day temp he tells me to drive with the expired one and if i get pulled over he will pay the ticket (but what about my driving-record) and then when i get the plates the reg it to the wrong adress and put my middle name as my last name and so now its not even reg to me. Dont buy from them all the good ratings r either lucky people or freinds and family of tye employees/owners update just got done dropping off robert lees register to get told by another guy that its my fault that they didnt put my full name on the registraition wtf and that it is legal for a car to drive without safety inspection wow

Finding a car is tough and fining a good car lot to buy from is tougher HOWEVER; when it comes to Prime Auto, they are all about the costumer first which makes buying from them WONDERFUL. I have purchased two cars from Prime Auto and have been greatly satisfied with each purchase. I am always skeptical about car buying and Prime Auto helped that skepticism go away for 3 reasons: 1- They back up what they say and sell. 2- Their knowledge of vehicles is vast. 3- They are honest about every car on the lot. They also allow you to drive the car without a sales person. That is a benefit to me. This allows me to understand the car on my own without the pressure of a sales person sitting next to you. They are efficient workers and great with their clientele. I could have gone to other lots to buy from, but when you establish a good relationship with Prime Auto, it is difficult to go anywhere else. Their employees are bilingual in speaking Spanish and English fluently. I would highly suggest you look into working with Prime Auto. Get to know them, get to know their policies, work with them and they will take care of your best interest in car buying. This is an absolute honest review! Other lots want your money and ding you for every penny, Prime Auto was fair, honest and treated me and my family right. I highly suggest using Prime Auto over any other used car lot.

I bought a pt cruiser from them in October of last year. They informed me on the phone that it had a salvage title but it was better than factory built. We took it for a test drive and after they fixed the a.c. we deemed it a good car. We bought it and brought it home. Worst decision of my life. I have had to replace every light on this car. The headlights because the workers at the dealership took this cars lights to replace missing lights on other cars, the tail light I have had to replace three times as the bulb shatters after about three weeks as well as the faulty wiring in the car. Then the middle of last month my a.c. went out, and I had a burning hot liquid drip onto my foot over the gas peddle. Weird and painful. I took the car into a mechanic in town and long story short, he told me that the car I paid almost $2900 for would cost nearly $3000 to fix! I was told by the mechanic that this car should have been taken to a trash site and never allowed to see the light of day again. He also told me I would be lucky to get 100 dollars for my transmission. So now here I am stuck in a lemon of a car while I wait out my three year loan. Do not buy a car from Prime Auto. They are dishonest in their dealings and you will be swindled. Learn from my mistake. Take your business elsewhere.

I got my car back in August of last year and I have absolutely loved it! I have since recommended some coworkers and friends to go to this location for not only a purchase of a car, but also for any repairs that may need to happen. The dealers as well as the mechanic are extremely honest and give a really good price for any type of repairs/replacements that need to take place. I knew at the time of purchase that the life of the battery for the tire pressure was unknown so I might need to replace sooner than later. Burt Bros quoted me three times more than what Miquel was able to fix it for me. So grateful I can rely on the Prime Auto team!

Worst car sales place EVER... First they want a huge down payment for crappy cars second they sold us a car that the suspension was bad 2 weeks after we bought the car the suspension was completely ruined we bought a extended warranty through them and there warranty wont even pay for it to top it all of the mechanic we took it to wont even let us pick up the car
