I am an unsatisfied customer. I thought I was buying a good used car from this car dealership. At first I was happy and glad that I bought a car from this dealership. They gave me a great deal for the car that at the time ran good and I was satisfied with my choice. They also told me if I have any problems with the car to let them know and they would be willing to fix the car. First week, I had to replace the muffler, because it was bad. The total cost to repair the muffler was $250. After the third week, the timing belt broke and It would not start. I called the New Deal Used Cars Inc dealership to explain one of the salesman. I told him what happen and he said he would get back to me. Which then I did not hear back from them. I then proceeded to call again and they said that they were working on it and finding a solution to the problem. At that time I felt that I was brushed off and did not want to help me deal with my situation. I had to fix the timing belt and the water pump, and it cost me $700 total to fix the car. I felt that New Deal Used Cars Inc dealership should of paid for the cost to repair the car. For I only had the car for 3 weeks. New Deal Used Car Inc did not take responsibility or action to satisfied their costumer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to be an unsatisfied costumer.

These guys are a bunch of liars that have no respect for what they do. They sold me a Subaru that had an oil leak which resulted in $900 worth of work, a bad water pump and a coolant system full of water. They told me they would fix the ac before I bought it and that took three or four trips to their in house mechanic, who botched the job and made so I had to get new pulleys and a new belt because it was horribly done. I ended up putting around fourteen hundred dollars into repairs so it was drivable, and after putting $1,800 down, I still owe $5,300, and that is with a refinance from a different creditor. They use a creditor that charged 24% interest. I think what makes me the most upset is that I was promised the car was being sold under value. I do blame myself for not doing the research but I really needed a car at the time so I could commute to work and I trusted Joey. Joey is a liar. The entire time they were trying to fix my ac he was lying. He couldnt even look me in the eye. Joey knew I got screwed and he didnt care.

Honestly my dad and i seriously pulled up and asked for the spanish speaker, as soon as that guy came to us he was extremely RUDE! Telling my dad "You always come here looking for cheap cars" um what? This is our FIRST time coming here tf you meaaaaaan we were just asking for prices grumpy ass. Idk how this place has not gone out of business.

These guys take care of their customers and they stand by their cars as best they can. Their mechanic does quality work and they have the unique tools necessary to do almost anything. If they cant do it they will point you to the right person who will. Great place to rebuild your credit, too!

They lie and scam people i know i been there. They make threats made payments and still got calls everyday why thier still in bissnues is beyond me.they never got my plates car sat for 2 months with no tags they made an excuse everytime i asked for plates. Sp happy i went some where eles
