I must admit that these guys put on a great front. I bought the great front they were putting on and from reading several other reviews on here I am guessing several other people did also. I ended up buying a car from this place against my better judgment. I usually avoid these bottom feeding kinds of places at all costs but the front they put on when I showed up to see the car I ended up buying was good. However, that is all they do. After you sign on the line their being nice or professional to you is over. The car I bought was quite expensive and it broke only a few weeks after purchase. I am not talking a minor break but a major cant drive the car anymore kind of break. I will spare most of the details due to the fact they still make me upset thinking about it but I will say the car I bought from this place has been sitting...parked right where the tow truck dropped it off at my house for almost a year now. The price to fix it ranges from a few thousand dollars on the low end to well over ten thousand on the high end. Its always been my opinion that a true test of any business happens after a sale is made. I spoke to this place after this happened and they refused to help in anyway that was of any use to me. Upon reading all the reviews of this place you will notice a few references to reviews being deleted and as I expect this to happen to my review also I will say I hope the right person reads this before it gets deleted. And to quote another reviewer on here..."This place is Krapp." I truly believe this place to be "Krapp" in every sense of the word. Dont buy into the front they will put on for you. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. Buyer beware!!

Worst, careless experience ive had in buying a car. Ive typically always purchased brand new cars and im used to the typical mindset of a car salesmen. This time around (March 4th, 2016), i was looking at a 2007 Lexus ES 350 they had (and still have on their lot today) available. I left work to go check it out with my wife and 1yr old daughter. When we got there, went and look at the car we were considering to buy, and we waited and waited for someone to come help us (Which was rare for me to experience. Im used to them darting out to help you with no hesitation). Finally i went inside their building to see a couple people standing around, and finally was introduced to the manager who seemed to have no interest in making a sale that day. He mentioned they were short handed that day, but still seemed far from interested. Long story short, i felt like i was having to sell him the car rather than the other way around. So to start, we finally got to test drive the car, after meeting with one of their co workers, who had to fill up the car first. We were probably able to show up, test drive, try to make a deal somewhere, and were gone down to Salt Lake within about 30-40 mins. He had zero interest in making a sale, and even after working out, he literally says "ok, bye". No deal, didnt even show us what else they might have available, nothing. Needless to say, we got an awesome deal later that evening at another dealership down in Lindon, very welcoming staff, same car, much better deal, better condition. Would never go back to that place again.

The owners, family and employees do not care about you, your car or your safety. The only thing on the "Krapps" agenda is making more money off chumps who dont know any better as to better fund their massive sand dunes hobbies. Were talking 4-wheelers, dune buggies, dirt bikes and RVs. All top of the line with very expensive modifications. And as a very short term employee of the Roy location (work conditions were horrible and the crazy brother of the owner is a total creep that they keep around to detail cars) I have inside proof of these accusations. The cars on the lot are all like pigs with make-up on. Quick and dirty repair jobs done by untrained employees to hide dents and rust in a snap. And if they are willing to go this low, who knows where it ends. Dont let them fool you with their "family atmosphere" or "community togetherness" or whatever. Its all a front to flip crap auction cars. Stay away from Krapp Auto.

Beau And Preston Is who i dealt with at Kapp auto Sales both were great to work with! We found the car we were looking for we made a offer with our trade. Our trade had a issue we didnt realize we worked through it. They didnt ding us a arm and a leg for it as others have in the past. We bought a used car and got it home and figured out the AC wasnt working so I called Preston back about it he said bring it up will have our guy look at it. Replaced the compressor no charge and in a timely manner. All in all from beginning to end these guys were great!! No pressure easy to work with treated me honest and fair. I would highly recommend these guys great service great price and really good people to work with. Thanks again Beau and Preston I really appreciate it ill be back! I will recommend them to any and all that are looking for a used car. Great place to do business. Shawn

Best and most Smooth Experience EVER buying a car!! My husband and I wanted to buy a new car and we were not sure on the car we wanted. Preston was there to talk to us about what car he felt would be safest by telling us reviews on them and what he bought his own wife. We ended up deciding on a Ford Fusion. Preston looked for the perfect one for us for 2 weeks because they didnt have the one we wanted on the lot. We showed up one Saturday and the car was beautiful. I almost wanted to cry. He got exactly what we wanted. The process of buying the car took literally 20 minutes. They got the best rate from a lender and we signed the papers then we were off driving our beautiful car. I will never buy from anyone else but Kapp Auto. Made buying a car actually fun. Thanks Kapp Auto.

Purchased both my cars from Kapp and couldnt be happier. First off, I am a VERY picky customer and research things to death before making a purchases as important as a car. After weeks of online shopping, checking consumer reports for the best cars, etc. I decided to go to Kapp based on what I had heard from other friends. They took very good care of me and didnt give me any of the typical car dealership runaround that you always hear about. No pressure sales and honest people that I knew I could trust. I refer all my friends and family there now and will continue to do so because I know they will be taken care of as good as I was.

Bought my Toyota from Kapp auto. They took REALLY great care of us. We had just had a new baby and were needing a bigger car that does well in the snow. I have not had one issue with my new car since we bought it. Not only did we get a GREAT deal but they treated us like family. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car and I wont buy from anyone else in the future!! They definitely provide a different car buying experience compared to the numerous other places we have looked and there is not one bad thing I could say about them.
